Thank you Tranquility for all you have done from the beginning until the end, I don't have to worry about any paperwork!! Answered all my phone calls during the week and even on the weekend , let say more then half a dozen time. Each time answered all my concerns and. Questions. Thank you Brittany to meet with me before my mother passing. Then my cousins came with me on the Monday ,a day before her funeral. You helped us emotionally and financially. Thank you Brianne for all your help with having me and my cousin there to do washing and dressing . The experience was very comforting and knowing that's what my mom wishes. Thank you Harry for helping also, and Cynthia answered all my 3 calls on Sunday. The visiting at St John's was wonderful with Brianne there , I didn't have to worries about anything. A number of years ago, I had to arrange the cremation of my mother. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life. My husband of 25 years recently passed away on September 26th. I googled various funeral sites and came across Tranquility Funeral Services, Mississauga location. Right off the hop, this Service was different. They provided prices up front on their website. Fortuitously, they were close by so I went in the next day and met with Brittany. She was kind, sympathetic, professional and treated me with dignity at all times. She explained their basic services and exactly what the prices listed covered. She then provided other options that were available and again provided prices. These were all written down on a handout provided. She answered every question I had. She even provided comfort when I broke down a few times during this meeting. There was NO pressure, NO sales pitch. Brittany just outlined the basic services and the extra services they could provide and always, always, provided the price for each service. In less than two hours, we had made all the necessary arrangements. Tranquility prepared all the necessary paperwork that I would need to submit to the Government as well as the paperwork needed to begin settling his Estate. Brittany stayed in touch with me directly throughout this whole process. It was stress free. I felt good about the arrangements I made. I am very grateful to Brittany and Tranquility Funeral Services and I highly recommend them. Please trust and believe when I say Tranquility Funeral Services will assist you in a kind, dignified, and stress free manner.

Both my parents had pre-planned funeral arrangements with Tranquility. In each case Tranquility Mississauga honoured everything even though the pre-paid contracts were made in Brantford. There were no surprises and no additional costs. Despite some logistic complications no fault of Tranquility, Brittany and Brianne handled everything with a high degree of grace, compassion, patience and professionalism. We are very grateful that my parents chose Tranquility and pre-arranged and pre-paid everything. This made a challenging time less difficult. Thank you Brittany, Brianne and Cassandra for such a pleasant experience with both my parents.

Recently I was at an internment for a very close friend's mother. The funeral/internment (given Covid no church services) was set for 11:00am. The attendees were all there. The priest was there. The time came and no casket. We called the office . "...they left some time ago and will be there momentarily". 10 minutes passed. Another call to the office. A minute or 2 later the unmarked mini van showed up. The two lady employees disembarked. One dressed decently while the other in skin tight leggings and skin tight white turtle neck and obviously exceptionally well endowed - thoroughly not appropriate for the occasion but not bad for a night out at a bar if you're looking to get free drinks. Regardless of whether this company is less expensive or not than others, a certain decorum is required. If you choose to use this company make sure to go over these kind of details with them prior to signing.

I had to recognize Carolyn for her outstanding support and empathy she showed my family yesterday evening. I have never met someone who is so genuinely kind, devoted, and passionate about the work that she does. Having attended other memorials in the past, I can honestly admit that her presence stuck with me and will for a while. She is a soul that dedicates her wisdom, knowledge and heart to her work. I enjoyed her helpful hints and ideas and her transparency as funeral director. She stayed late in the evening, well beyond the time we had allotted to us. Carolyn even offered to go and pick up my car and drive it around to the front. I cannot express my overwhelming gratitude and wanted to share a huge thanks to everything she did for us. Carolyn you are one amazing human. We appreciate all your kindness and sending you boundless amounts of love to you and your family as well.

Today, 3 May, 2021. We at home waited from 1:00 pm to participate Funeral Service on Zoom but till 2:30 pm could not see any sign of the solemn service taking place. Very unfortunate.
