We choose pasages at random/chance for the passing of our grandfather. I was a bit nervous at first due to hearing about other people’s experience at other places however the experience from the very beginning was top notch. I never do reviews, however I was blowin away by this business and how much they are there for there clients. You never feel pressure and they go in great lengths to explain every little detail and to help you choose what best fits you and your budget. I would give this 10 stars if I could. You WILL not be disappointment.

Such wonderful people to work with, I would highly recommend them. Jeff and Amelia are professional but do it with a personal touch. When I lost my husband I wasn't sure where to turn and what to do but the moment I spoke with Jeff I was at ease and he walked me through everything step by step. Amelia met with me after my husband's cremation was taken care of and helped walk me through the paperwork involved. He was there when we needed him most, had a process to handle everything smoothly, and above everything else treated my family with the utmost care and support. There is not enough I can say about the service I received from Jeff and Amelia. I was dealing with just a simple cremation, which I didn't even realize was a thing until an unfortunate situation was mine to deal with. Jeff explained everything so I would understand where the costs were coming from and he always made it clear that if I had any questions, he was available anytime. I feel he went above and beyond what he needed to, and I very much appreciate that he did try and sell me any services that I did not need. KINDNESS - COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE - NO HIDDEN FEES After the recent passing of my mother, the last thing I felt like doing was making arrangements. I reluctantly started an online search for cremation options and, rather fortunately, came across the Passages website. I was relieved to find all of the information I needed online. The site was easy to navigate and the details I was looking for (pricing, process, etc.) were all readily available to me. I reached out to Jeff, who went out of his way to support me through the difficult process. He made himself available, and responded to my questions quickly. He somehow managed to make a brutal situation a bit gentler to work through. Jeff was able to secure a unique, specific urn I was seeking, walked me through the obituary writing process (sharing a helpful template and offering several key edits), while keeping me up-to-date and involved in all steps of my mother's cremation. He kept the planning of arrangements moving without overwhelming me. I never felt pressure from Jeff, only support. When it was time to pick up my mother's ashes - another grim task I was not looking forward to - I was pleasantly surprised by Passages' bright, modern, spotless and welcoming space - definitely not an outdated, dark and gloomy funeral home environment. It was extra comforting to have Hank, Passages' sweet Beagle customer service representative, hanging around in case I needed some attention from a furry friend. As part of the services Passages offers its clients, I was given an estate package, which included a comprehensive checklist of items I needed to take care of. An unexpected, but much appreciated bonus was the effort Jeff put forth to help complete the CPP Death Benefit application, including a stamped envelope, so I could easily send it in and check it off the list of to-do's. I can't speak highly enough of Jeff, his wife, and the service they provided me during this difficult time. Additional assistance via in-house Shanti Estate Law was also offered to me as well - a valuable bonus, especially considering their close familiarity with the situation. Dealing with the passing of a loved one is the worst. Jeff, and Passages' holistic, transparent, client-focused approach got me through it. Choosing a burial/cremation/funeral provider is perhaps one of the most challenging, yet important decisions you will make for a loved one. I would recommend Jeff and Passages without hesitation. Thank you for everything you did for my loving mother and my family.
