The staff was not attentive or sensitive to family, and made numerous mistakes with almost every area of the funeral services, including names on the flower ribbons and program/memorial handouts. No assistance was given to family for the proceedings until the actual cremation and they even refused to set up/use their mic system. Mistakes happen, but their attitude towards a grieving family was unacceptable and I've literally never seen this attitude with any other funeral home.

Thankfully this was my first experience in a home in my entire life. The lady and gentleman from the home promptly came to our house once they were notified. They gave us time to pray and say our final goodbye and respectfully took my grandma to the home with care. The staff in the home were very polite, we were greeted respectfully and sympathetically. They perfectly arranged the flowers we brought beautifully. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful and positive. It almost felt like being in a Gurdwara. The inside of the building is spacious, open and well lit. The hall was also open and well lit and the seating was comfortable. They also arranged a slide show of pictures during the service. There was enough time for visitation and the reading of Sukhmani Sahib paht. They are professional, well organized, on time and most importantly very understanding of the family's needs at this very difficult time. I cannot express enough how thankful I am of my experience with his home. I never want to come back but I highly recommend this place to people of all faiths, especially Sikhs.

PLEASE IF HAVE FAMILY DO NOT GO THERE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. The staff here are okay, not the best, no backbones, but the management is terrible. We went there for my aunts funeral and they made a business out of deaths. First of, we had to fight tooth and nail to get a time to dress up my aunt for the cremation ceremony. They were saying oh no there's a family after you, we will do it, BLAH BLAH BLAH, but we had to beg, even though we disclosed it was important to us. No sensitivity. Once we got 15 minutes to dress my aunt, we realized the manager lied because there was no one after us. The staff were very helpful in dressing her with us. Post-cremation, my father had to fight with management to gain access to my aunts ashes. They gave him a time of 115pm. When he got there, they refused to give him the ashes because his ID and his contract did not match. But his name was under the contract, so it did, they just did not check. Plus, they had AMPLE TIME TO DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION AND FIX IT, but they did not. Terrible service. My dad ended up fighting some more because we already made the 30 min drive, and instead of giving us the ashes and stopping the fighting he was threatened to be kicked out. Not professional at all. They finally rechecked the contract, and found my dads name and gave us the ashes in a bag. Even though we paid for an urn, they gave it to us in a bag. Many people were there waiting for their loved ones ashes, they just kept them waiting. I swear if you have a loved one that needs cremating DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE. They don't even deserve two stars for what they did but the ceremony was perfect, just what they do to families behind the scenes not perfect at all. P.S If you ever deal with Balvinder, I suggest you ask for someone else.

Very insensitive staff and extremely unethical business practices...we wanted to pre-pay and the quote we received over the phone was different from the amount they wanted to charge us when we went for the in-person appointment to do the paperwork (a couple days after the phone call) and even then they said they would not finalize the contract till we went for the actual cremation because the price could go up! We understand that you are running a business and need to make money but please don't take advantage of people when they have lost or are in the process of losing a loved one!

We are Hindus and required a cremation, so they arranged proper Hindu prayer songs. They also have equipment to play slideshows if you need it. March 11, 2021 per the Toronto Star: the place is shut down due to disgusting ‘way over the top’ Covid violations during a February 27, 2021 visitation. This owner has contributed to the ongoing restrictions and spread in Peel for their own financial gain. According to the Star, the owner has been suspended. Unacceptable and I hope people consider this when deciding on a home.

Due to the harsh realities of COVID, coordinating a funeral in these unprecedented times, while grieving the loss of a loved one proves to be extremely difficult. All this came to an ease when we had contacted Puneet, Jtinder and Gagan at Brampton Crematorium. They were able to walk us through the steps from the beginning and ensured us that we would be taken care of. This is extremely important, as this was our first time arranging a funeral service, so for us, the process in itself is fairly new. The staff made certain the funeral had a personal touch to our family members while respecting the COVID guidelines. My sister-in-law passed away last month. We called and talked to a director which I will not name. We went in to make arrangements. We were greeted by a non-punjabi speaking personnel. We had older people in our that do not understand English. On the day of the funeral, I noticed that the easle used for holding the picture, had dust all over it. We chose a rentable coffin.we were assured that no-one would be able to difference. It had scratch marks. The carpet also was not vacuumed. I wonder after how many funeral ceremonies do they vacuum. When dealing with a loss of a loved one, planning a funeral is quite difficult. However, The entire staff here, specifically Hardeep and Puneet provided exceptional service. They were very accommodating, and comforting during the entire process. Due to the restrictions of COVID, the live stream helped us stream the service to our loved ones. In addition, the facilities were kept thoroughly clean with free masks and sanitizers provided for us.

Gagan was thoughtful and sensitive to all the family, friends and colleagues that came to pay their respects.
