August 24, 2019 We are writing to express our appreciation for Ms. Veronika Ismailova, a family counsellor in the employ of Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at the Sherbrooke St offices in Montreal. The family of the late Mary Mosend Mullally would like to acknowledge the very impressive way that Ms. Ismailova carried out her responsibilities as your employee. Ms. Ismailova is a consummate professional. She consistently gave us a significant amount of time and attention during an emotionally draining experience. She was patient, very understanding and knowledgeable, reliable and reassuring as she dealt with our needs on many levels. She was extremely generous in making herself available for our questions and in anticipating concerns. We knew that we were in competent hands from the outset which became even more apparent as time passed. She is attentive to detail; she is an astute listener; she explains procedures in a factual, unrushed way.
