There was a moment of apparent confusion in the reception room: the hostess did not expect to take care of a number of guests higher than 25. However, there were 80 of us, information that had been communicated. We weren't prepared to offer a tip, which is meant to be substantial, for catering services. During the final payment, the representative told us that the tip we had offered was little, I was very shocked by this comment. Il y a eu un moment de cafouillage apparent à la salle de réception: l’hôtesse ne s’attendait pas à prendre en charge un nombre d’invités plus élevés que 25. Or nous étions 80, une information qui avait été communiquée. Nous n’avions pas été préparés à offrir un pourboire, qui se veut substantiel, pour les services du traiteur. Lors du paiement final, la représentante nous a soulevé que le pourboire que nous avions offert était peu, j’ai été fort choquée de ce commentaire. Malgré ceci, le décor du site chaleureux, chargé d’humilité et d’humanisme accompagné d’un décorum se voulait parfait.
