I don't understand the negative comments , Victor went out of his way to make all our arrangements easy for my dad's funeral. Coffin beautiful, my dad looked so handsome, the place is so clean and modern, everything was perfect. Flowers gorgeous! Could not ask for better experience, we would highly recommend the complex.

He was very professional and made me feel like he was really there for me! It was the first time that I had to take care of all of the things to do following a death and he walked me through the whole process. Our advisor went out of his way to make sure we knew where to line up. I highly recommend using their services! (Original) Lors du décès d’un proche, nous avons eu une recommandation d’aller chez Yves Légaré. J’ai été rencontré par un jeune homme nommé Sébastien et il a rendu cette expérience beaucoup plus facile. Il était très professionnel et m’a fait sentir qu’il était réellement là pour moi! C’était la première fois que je devais m’occuper de toutes les choses à faire suite à un décès et il m’a guidé à travers tout le processus. Notre conseiller a fait des pieds et des mains pour s’assurer que nous savions où nous enligner. Je conseille fortement d’utiliser leurs services!

Et ceci est sans compter les multiples problèmes que nous avons rencontrés (photos perdue, documents mal remplis, contrat mal expliqué)

Great complex and great service! Angela and Rita were sympathetic, patient and understanding during the planning my grandmother's funeral. They made the entire process easy and even though we had a budget, we were able to have wonderful service to honour my grandmother's memory.

Je lui indique que ma conjointe est la fille du défunt (le défunt avait 4 enfants et 1 épouse). Il y a donc 5 personnes et leurs accompagnateurs à prioriser. Elle répond strictement peu importe si c'est la fille du défunt, elle ne peut pas entrer. Elle aurait pu chercher à résoudre la situation en demandant à certaines personnes moins près du défunt de se déplacer au balcon du 2e étage. Finalement elle me fait sentir comme un hors-la-loi alors que je tente simplement de rectifier la situation. Elle me répète "Monsieur allez en haut". Enfin, ca a pris des gens moins près du défunt qui ont vu la situation et se sont portés volontaires pour monter au balcon. Bref, situation mal gérée dans un contexte très délicat et chargé en émotions. Aucune ouverture d'esprit et zéro empathie de la part de cette employée. Ça prend des gens avec des qualités humaines pour travailler dans un endroit comme ça. Sinon sur une note positive, la pianiste et chanteuse était excellente.

The hardest thing I had to do, was plan my mother's funeral. Thankfully, Angela was there to guide me and help take care of all the arrangements. This helped immensely. Everything was perfect thanks to Angela and the team. My mother looked so rested, so beautiful and this brought us comfort. I definitely recommend this complex. Thanks Angela for all your help, patience and guidance during this difficult time.
