Very satisfied with the way things were handled. The staff was responsive, respectful and the room where the viewing was held was airy and comfortable. The ceremony in the chapel was also very pleasant. Yes, of course everything is expensive but that's just the reality of the funeral industry. Nothing that can be done about that. Would definitely deal with this funeral home again.

Attended several viewings at this funeral home and I must admit I was quite surprised with the decor and professionalism from the staff on site. Very welcoming and pleasant while remaining respectful to the grieving families. It is obvious that Yves Legare has a process in place for training its staff to meet customer requirements and needs.

Elle est à l’écoute, très attentionnée, organisée, toujours disponible et revient rapidement avec les réponses à toutes les nombreuses questions. Le complexe comme tel est vraiment bien. Il est bien conçu, très moderne et agrémenté d’une décoration digne de mention. La chapelle est vraiment belle et particulièrement lumineuse. C’est sûr que ce n’est pas donné mais c’est comme dans tout – you pay for what you get. Vous ne serez pas déçu. J'ajouterais que, par le passé, j’ai également assisté à plusieurs autres funérailles dans ce complexe et que j’ai toujours apprécié comment le tout s’est passé.
