He was empathetic, kind and attentive to all of my family's requests. I would absolutely highly recommend Loreto for anyone struggling with all of the many funeral details and emotional distress following the passing of a loved one. Also stop with fake names with bad reviews..Jacob Moscato..Joe Eska..Candidas Riccio..John Cerone ALL FAKE to name a few. If there are real complaints with real people you have the right to post or better yet call Loreto and they will assist you. My cousins passing was cared for with the outmost professional attention and sincerety .. Total class and elegance from the day loreto anwered our calls in grief to when they received us ..... My sister and I had not slept in 72 hours and our mom had passed away only a few hours earlier when we met Marco and started organizing the funeral arrangements. We could not have met a more compassionate person. Thank you so much Marco for your kindness, patience, understanding etc... You are definitely the right person for this very sensitive job. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the whole loreto team. I have never met a group of men who are more empathetic and patient in my life. I held my fathers service this past week and they managed to make it a beautiful experience given the heartbreaking circumstance. Everything from the flower displays, the Covid regulations, making sure we had water, Jose the embalmer to the wonderful men who drove us around, it was flawless. I cannot stress enough how easy they made the process for my brother and I. They gave us great advice and made sure we didn’t forget anything. The space is also beautifully decorated and extremely well kept and clean. Thank you to Tony, Marco, Jose, Paolo and Diego.

Lacked tact in a few places....holding up my moms portrait before closing casket and saying i have to pay 220$ if i want it....meanwhile part of contract....took one hour instead of 15 min to complete online govt form..... Got interrupted by another customer while i was being taken care of!!! Flowers costing hundreds of dollars DUMPED without asking family what to do with it ????

Unprofessional staff! Don’t waste your time going here this place is a joke. Loreto used to be a great funeral home when Freddy and Charlie use to be there. They knew how to receive and take care of all your needs in a time of sorrow. I don’t recommend this funeral home. ????????

HORRIFIC!!! Service was so terrible. Lack of class by members of staff. Look we all know who owns the funeral home. Doesn’t make employees gangsters. People are there to mourn, this is not a café or hangout. Diego was such an arrogant man.Paolo and another were just joking around and rude!!! I was there because my mother passed away, not to hang out. I will never again use Loreto as my funeral home nor do I recommend it. We only went there because my mothers wishes were for us to deal with Freddy. Which not to mention we were lied to we were promised Freddy would have done service for my mother seeing that what she wanted. Shame on you Loreto funeral home!????????
