We recently needed to plan a funeral for my husband’s father and my father- in- law. An inevitable task when Dad was 89 and in failing health that we knew eventually needed to be done but totally dreaded. We attended previous funerals of family members at Steele’s and felt that this was the place we needed to go when the time came. And it was very important to us to to support a long-standing family run business in the Belleville area. We were so impressed with the service we received from Steele Funeral Home in Belleville that we felt we needed to share our experience and give a 5 star rating. Rick, Julie, Cathy and the entire team were totally professional in planning the funeral for our family member. We were accommodated in whatever we needed and felt so well taken care of. We always heard how expensive a funeral could be but we must say we were pleasantly surprised. There has been so much negative press in the media about the funeral home business recently. We never experienced any of this at Steele’s They were open, honest, totally professional with us. Why would anyone go anywhere else in the Belleville area to plan a funeral.
