Requested a price for funeral services. This was one of two funeral homes that we consulted. We chose the other home but did call to say that we weren't going with Steckley. A week later we get a letter from a third funeral home asking us if we want to have a quote. One of the two funeral homes sold our information on. I doubt it was the funeral home that got the business.

It's been a while. My Father passed in 2014. The man that we dealt with gave a corporate feel and we did not feel much empathy. He spoke badly of the competition from the other funeral home in Barrie which I thought very inappropriate. This was before he knew that the other place took care of my Grandparents. The facility and services were good. That aspect went well.
