Absolute compassion and professionalism. My grandpa died in November 2019. They did absolutely everything to support us through this difficult process. They treated the body with tact, respect and care. They were always available by phone. They supported us through the admin tasks, that you wouldn't want to become a nuisance during this time. Originally, the staff were wonderful to deal with during a very stressful time. They re-did their website and this could not be more disappointing and frustrating. My Dad passed away July 4, 2018. For about 5 days, his obituary read well, and there were a couple of nice condolences by friends and Family. Then they proceeded to redo their website. The condolences dropped off immediately and have never been put back on. The new format of the online obituaries is VERY poor. The letters are large and bunched together. They look horrible. I have called no less than 5 times to get the condolences rectified, to no avail. They feel my pain and show empathy on the phone, but, neither of those things fixes anything. Well, hopefully they get it right next time my Dad dies. Oh wait, you only get one shot at getting it right. Epic fail...

This place is remarkable, I had such a great experience with this company and pleasant staff as well, treated me very well, and very much worked with me in my time of compassion, and worked with me financially as well and kept a great budget for me as well and they also have beautiful caskets and urns there as well as keep savers too I would recommend this place to everyone.
