We were very grateful that our father had prearranged his funeral arrangements with Mundells. On my fathers passing we called before office hours opened (or so we thought) and Bob Benton answered the phone and was so kind and reassuring to us. He walked us through the whole process (which was during the height of the pandemic) and we cannot thank him enough for his compassion, kindness, professionalism and honestly, going above and beyond for our family even on his days off. We highly recommend using Mundells Funeral Home for their loved ones who have passed. Bob Benton is in our opinion a shining star during family sadness and makes the process so much more comforting. When my dear friend and companion Tom passed, Bob and Nicole treated him with respect and dignity when they came to pick him up. At that time I knew I had chosen the best Funeral Home for Tom. I was impressed with how they customized Tom's Obituary and Memory card and arranged for a small service. They also co-ordinated Tom's return to his native Texas and ensured that he arrived safely. Recently we traveled to Orillia to pay tribute to my Aunt Patricia Barnes. The staff were friendly and helpful in every respect. As we exited the chapel I realized now this the third generation of family leaving through that chapel door. Thank you for your service.
