My uncle passed 15 months ago and we had his (very basic) service here. To me it was just mediocre. My aunt passed on the 20th of Feb. My sister and I went to make the arrangements and the woman was very insensitive and condisending ....She smiled and laughed as we spoke, (Who does that when people are grieving) she asked us when we would like to have the viewing, we gave her a date, she said no it couldn't be that date( because we choose not to embalm auntie) So why ask if the answer to everything is a NO) Then she asked what time we would like to have the service, we asked what the latest time was, she said 4pm because they closed at 5pm (keep in mind this was a Friday) (we had family coming in from the city) So we choose the 4pm time slot.....At 4:10, I went outside and the woman asked me if we were expecting anyone else, to which I said yes, my husband and my children. This cold hearted woman told me we couldn't go past 5pm because they had another family/viewing.(I thought they closed at 5pm, liar) (I told her i was well aware of what time had to leave) First off she was cold and secondly she lied to me and thirdly she wasn't dressed appropriately for a funeral director! (stating they closed at 5pm) Not to mention she told one of our guests that we had to leave by 5pm. This was a very sad time for my family and i, (my aunt was like a second mother to us as she had no children of her own) self this woman didn't make our experience a pleasant one. I wouldn't recommend this place nor would I ever use their services again!

This was a very trying time for my sister and I and we didn't feel as though they were sensitive to our feelings. Most funeral directors are soft spoken, we'll dressed and sensitive given the circumstances.......We were not happy with these people nor were we happy with the services rendered!
