If you are looking for a “drive thru” funeral for your loved one at the most traumatic time of your life. This is your funeral home. I won’t go into the appalling visual details about how my brother was laid out for my mother and his children to see him for the last time but allow me to skim over the most unconscionable parts: A wrinkled bed sheet that was easily see through and looked like it was used as a moving blanket was placed over him (A $3 blanket was apparently too excessive a budget item) and their level of service dictated that his discoloured body best be exposed for his family to be horrified by A cardboard box holding his head up I had never ever witnessed something so awful The actual funeral was nothing short of complete chaos and confusion We couldn’t get in until the last moment and were told “stay in your cars until we come get you”. To which the mother of the deceased replied “we were told 11am” and the rude gentleman responded “like I said we’ll get you when you can come in” The entire visitation and service were disorganized and very poorly orchestrated by the funeral home staff At the end of the service it was complete confusion This same rude gentleman appeared with a cart and started scooping up pictures, flowers and mementos and declared “we have another funeral coming in you must leave”!!!! Are you kidding me??? Nothing short of disgusting

My family and I are so amazed at how Matt Drury at Adams Funeral Home handled the funeral of my dearly departed father. He was so comforting and knowledgeable and made things so easy in our time of grief and bereavement. I am so happy we decided to use Adams Funeral Home to take care of our father and would recommend them to anyone who suffers the loss of a loved one.

Their website said they could play video tributes but when I contacted them, they said they couldn't. The internet was out on the day of the service and the service wasn't live-streamed, which in the time of COVID-19 was severely disappointing to hundreds of people who were attempting to watch virtually. And then they couldn't even post the recorded service the same day. I feel in this pandemic time, they should have gone out of their way to live-stream the service or at least find somewhere with internet to upload the recorded version the same day.

I had to go to a viewing on the second floor. There is no conventional elevator here. Instead, I was escorted up on a lift that was industrial, very narrow, and obviously used by staff to get the deceased up to the second floor viewing rooms. Also, because I parked in disabled parking, I came into the building via a non conventional entrance. As a result, I had to walk miles to the front of the building, only to discover a huge flight of stairs. I then had to walk all the way back to the other end of the building to use the industrial lift that is quite claustrophobic. Also, if memory serves, one needs a key to operate the lift, otherwise it won't work. Staff have to get a key. Of course, when I was ready to leave and go back down to the main floor, there was no staff in sight with a key to let me use the lift. So I said to hell with it, and went down the stairs and had to walk miles out of my road again to get to disabled parking where I was parked. No thought or planning was put into the design of the building for disabled people, and I am not going back. They need to redesign the parking, get a proper elevator in that is bigger and doesn't require hunting someone down with a key. They also need way finding signage at all the doors, and need to rethink the placement of their disabled parking.

Amazing people so respectful so helpful. I lost my father suddenly and I was at a complete loss. I didn't know what to do first. Andrew was the sweetest man took total control helped me at every turn. I'll never forget how wonderful they were to me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went for a visitation and was very disappointed with the staff, couldn't seem to find them anywhere, when I had ask about where bathrooms are ect ect, the staff were very rude and and didn't seem to care much about anything, unfortunately I was hoping to do my business with this beautiful home but not when the staff treat guest like this. Very unfortunate.. probably won't return

Losing my wife Patsi was the most devastating thing I've ever experienced. You need support when it happens. All I can say is when you lose a loved one - Adams is the place you want to be and Matt Drury is the person you want arranging things.

We were happy with every detail. They made it very easy and did a wonderful job. Rest assured you will be in very good hands if you ever decide you need their services.

I give this 5 stars. We have been to a number of visitations & services here and are always pleased with how everything is presented. There is also a suitable lift for those who are not able to climb stairs, like the one we recently added to our church foyer, which lets out into the sanctuary. We have always appreciated the attention to details and to our needs that is provided by all of the staff.
