I made an appointment to learn about preplanning. The very nice representative came to my home to discuss the options. He made me feel very comfortable talking about the possibilities, and options. After the two hour presentation, I decided a package that he was offering was right for me. I would certainly recommend the home visit, and the conversation.

The staff member I worked with (Jennifer) was very kind and supportive. She walked me through everything. The only thing stopping this place from getting the fifth star, is the fact that they don't have an inexpensive option for a cremation casket. I had to buy a wooden casket, just to burn.
