The staff at Innisfil Funeral Home go above and beyond to make sure a terrible time, is just a little bit easier. Carl and Lacey - who we worked closely with were absolutely amazing. Would recommend in a heartbeat :)

They REALLY need to find a better way of answering the phone DURING a funeral. Once I can understand, honest enough of a mistake but TWICE, come on! That was incompetance. So distracting, unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt bad for the family . Didn't provide enough chairs for the funeral either and when I asked for more they couldn't find any. Seriously?
