My sister’s special needs son “Elijsha” passed away several years ago. She didn’t have the money to purchase a grave marker at the time, so the grave site was unmarked until we decided to raise the money from close friends and family, whom would be honored to be part of such an important moment of healing in a very beautiful young woman’s life. A trusted friend recommended to me Sunset Memorial & Stone. From the beginning consultations to the final moment, every staff member gave a piece of themselves to make this stone possible. What beautiful, real people that emulate compassion, genuine empathy and hearts that want to help the hurting. I simply must congratulate Sunset Memorial for the beautiful job they did on our columbarium! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Though it was a long labour of love, Susan’s diligent patience, unwavering support and creative expertise made the journey a mostly stress-free success. We highly recommend Sunset Memorial to everyone with a columbarium in their future expansions. And I would recommend asking Susan for her own creative suggestions and input, for a uniquely personalized acquisition. As well, we had the need for 50 engraved headstones ‘all at once’ with different information on each headstone – BIG JOB! Mike never wavered in going back and forth with us through many edits, changes and alterations to the headstones as well as the creative artwork added to the columbarium. They NEVER loss patience! We want to also thank Mark for coming out with the delivery to oversee the perfect installation. Sunset Memorial was very good at advising us on ground preparation for installation and coordinating with Pioneer Log Homes, who did the actual install. Mark stayed the whole day and joined our Community in the dedication ceremony. I would dare say this was ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty! This should say it all, as for our wholehearted recommendations to this fine company, Sunset Memorial. These Folks are true professionals. And although we never met in person, we feel we can now add the whole team to our friends for life list.
