It's not the type of place you want to recommend, but Serenity Funeral Home and all it's staff were amazing before, during and after my time of need. I dealt mainly with Cole These who definitely knows his business. Don't worry about thinking of what questions you'll need to ask as Cole has all your bases covered. I met with Cole before the passing and arranged what we could then. I was dealing with ignorant family members and Cole assured me that if anyone was to step out of line that our peacefulness was his main concern and that he would deal with it right away. On the day of the funeral my family was taken great care of and everything went smoothly. I can not recommend their services highly enough.

Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our Mom. We felt comforted immediately after calling and speaking with Cole from Serenity in Leduc. Cole was there to help us navigate through the whole process. Not having gone through the planning stages before, we asked a lot questions and all were answered; if not by Cole, then by another staff member. We felt very taken care of during our time of grief, and we would highly recommend Serenity in Leduc for your funeral service.

Great place to watch a funeral, terrible if you want to actually listen to one. Thanks for getting back to me when I wrote you an email. I guess, you don't listen to people who want to listen to the funeral or have a valid complaint. You made a bad situation worse. This funeral home had 12 months of the pandemic and at least 6 months of reduced crowd attendance where the majority of people could only watch online, and it appears you didn't prepare or care. I would not recommend their services unless you don't want friends and family to hear the funeral. Then go for it, they were good at that.

Kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and easy to deal with, Serenity recently helped our family deal with an unexpected passing. We were fortunate to be looked after by Cole and his team at Serenity. Cole was excellent. He looked after everything and really made the entire process as easy as it could have been. Additionally, their final affairs management was invaluable in helping us navigate all the agencies and bureaus that have to be notified following the passing of someone. Finally, the price for their services very reasonable. We would highly recommend Serenity to anyone.
