Since the last funeral I attended here was about 20 years ago, I can't comment on how things go currently in this area but if it is the same quality of service that their office staff gives, they will be a good choice at a difficult time. I had called on the off chance that they might have a copy of a death certificate from that 20 year old funeral (for a title change) and Jennifer found it for me and sent it within the day. If only the government could do it that easily.

Went for a friends funeral last year. Small venue for the amount of people who showed up, but not funeral homes fault. Felt like they weren't prepared on the technical side, mic's kept going out and no one helped. Funeral director who spoke was incredibly rude at the end, to the point where people looked taken aback. Its fine to tell people rules or exiting order or what have you, but having the very last words of the service be impersonal orders with nothing sympathetic or polite to follow up is incredibly rude. Would not recommend.

I heard first-hand that their prices are at least twice as high as competitors and not disclosed fully to grieving family until the bill arrives. At which point you can expect to hear, "We can charge whatever we want." Buyer beware. Get an itemized price list up front. Comparison shop. Do your homework. You wouldn't walk onto a used car lot without doing that, would you? Well expect the same sales tactics in this situation. Do not accept at face value any statement from this vendor that their prices are fair and comparable to other funeral homes in the area. Be responsible and look out for yourself and your bank account throughout the stressful time of making funeral arrangements for a loved one.
