Though I was heartbroken my father had passed. I was put at ease. There was nobody pushing anything on you and she made you feel comfortable as comfortable as one can be during this time. She was professional as well as compassionate and real. It didn't feel like you were dealing with some stiff suited person from a funeral home. She made it feel relaxing and was able to answer many questions while I was there and even after I left. Would highly recommend Pine Box Funerals.

From the very first email I sent to Pine Box regarding our family needing the services in the very near future Bonnie was super helpful in telling me how the whole process works, as we were not expecting to be losing our dad this quickly at all. Once dad had passed Bonnie was super compassionate and let me know step by step what would happen next as well she mentioned how important it was to be sure I was looking after myself! When we went to sign papers, pick out dads urn and our memorial pieces Bonnie again was amazing! Very compassionate and professional. After a difficult time with a large Funeral Home and a great deal of misrepresentation about what is required, Bonnie provided honest information and the truth about what is required in a cremation. The counseling and guidance Bonnie provided was more focused on our family and less about the add-on services that larger funeral home try to push at a difficult time.
