Good image the bathrooms smelled like an outhouse or along the likes of a camper. Being an employee for this company isn't exactly rewarding. Unfortunately I can't reflect on how your loved ones are left since I've signed a contract.

Living in a different province we didn’t know which funeral home to choose in Calgary when going thru the most difficult time in our lives. A friend recommended McInnis & Holloway and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made! From the initial phone call to the finishing touches we received the best care possible! This was the first time we had to deal with a funeral home and believe me we had no idea about the process nor how many decisions we would have to make in a short period of time. Jeff Hagel gave us the best service and advice and treated us with the utmost respect grieving parents could have hoped for! All the staff members that we dealt with were equally helpful and accommodating. Making funeral arrangements is not a pleasant experience but this funeral home made it more bearable for us and we are very grateful!

My fathers funeral was very rushed and disorganized. The viewing was an open casket and after the mass no one told us they were going to take the body right away to get cremated... we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye for the last time before taking him. We were extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this funeral home to anyone

It was the most horrible experience of my life. As the father of a beloved son who passed I left the service feeling the person they hired to preside over the service was unprofessional. He never met or contacted me prior to the service. He never referred once to me ,the father, offered me a chance to speak and left me feeling demeaned and humiliated. It was beyond cruel! My family members and friends were stunned and horrified. My side of the family departed immediately after the service as did my friends, some in tears at the cruel and callous treatment I had recieved. It made the worst day of my life a thousand times worse! Disgusting treatment.

Our family has used McInnis & Holloway for funeral services for my mother and other relatives in the past. The Park Memorial Chapel is beautiful, calming, and our go-to place. So when my father passed away from Covid 19 at Christmas it was reassuring to know that help was only a phone call away in this time of sorrow and stress. One of their funeral directors contacted me immediately and we were able to take care of all of the decisions, details, and payment via a timely Zoom meeting. Another staff member sent me a draft of the Obituary the following day. In two days all was taken care of and my heart could rest knowing my dear father was kindly cared for and at peace. I extend my thanks for your professionalism and compassion in the time of Covid.
