Jenn and the team at Oliver's are very conscientious about the wishes of the families they assist in their time of need. Always willing to provide a thoughtful listening ear, paying close attention to the needs of the family and ensuring that no details are left to chance. Although the services of a funeral home are often not what we choose to think about - when having to choose a group of people to be at your side during your need - Choose Oliver's!

I cannot even begin to explain how fond of Oliver's my family and I are. When my grandmother passed at 100 in 2017 after my mother had exclusively cared for her for 2 years, Chris at Oliver's was able to comfort my mom when the rest of us couldn't find the right words. She mentioned his kindness again and again. So there was no question of which funeral home we would choose when my mother passed from cancer this year. Every person we met on staff was exceptional, but we have to recognize Chris and Tina (in aftercare) for going above and beyond. This work is evidently more than just business to them, and we are so thankful we had them to help us navigate this difficult time.

I cannot stress enough how awful Oliver's service is. I do NOT recommend going here for arrangement's for your loved one's. I have dealt with rude employees, horrible management of fellow loved ones and just plain laziness and further stress when dealing with funeral arrangements. I could go on and on about the awful service from here. Please go to another funeral establishment as I do not recommend Oliver's in Grande prairie.

Amazing staff, Chris is so nice, Hannah at the desk is wonderful, Steve is kind, professional and very compassionate and listened and made helpful suggestions to make this ordeal less stressful. Alia did a beautiful job on Mom's cards. Love them. Tina is so kind and helpful. Its beyond measure, how fantastic this team is.
