My mother in law passed away 9 days before Christmas and my father in law was a mess. They lived on a fixed income and things were just so difficult at that time. Jay Heald assisted us through the entire process. He was honest, helpful and compassionate. I truly do not know what we would have done if it wasn't for him. He took cell phone calls, texts and emails! Simply an amazing man. Jay, I know there is really no way to truly thank you enough, but, we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts and we will always remember everything you did for us.
