It was an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone from Hainstock and Son and Dignity Memorial especially with Crystal even given the difficult circumstances that we were using their services . From the very first call to the picking up of our urns Crystal was very professional and yet compassionate in every and all dealings . Never once made us uncomfortable or tried to change our minds on any of our choices or tried to up sell what we had chosen . She made a very difficult life changing event so much easier to do what was best and right for our father and husband. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . We would and will highly recommend your services and Crystal to anyone in need of your services.

We had pre-planned and pre-paid for our funerals a few years ago which made things easier. It is expensive but Hainstocks provide great service. Crystal is prompt with texts and Sheena dropped off flowers etc to my home as requested after the Celebration of Life, as we were going to restaurant directly after. This was greatly appreciated.

Regrettably I lost a son and from being from outta town, I choose Hainstock and Son to handle cremation. Cynthia was great and very helpful in our time of loss, but there were a few disappointing blunders which made things very much more unbearable before things were finalized! Detailed instructions in our contract were very clearly set out but when they were not followed, we ended up having to deal with remain portions ourselves at our home which were very unsettling to all family members. It was admitted as their wrong doing, and offered to have another location help out with the remains, but time didn't allow for that from our location. At the end of the day I never did receive a common courteously call from the ownership team to compensate or any sort of compensation offering for their error, in sense a total breach of handling the contract in a complete and satisfying manner. This has created a lot of hard feelings within the family and put even more stress on a already stressful situation !! We were entrusting our sons final demise would be handled with the utmost of respect and competence , and were left with a lot of disappointment. I'm sad to see that this industry isn't monitored a little closer and that they are allowed to take such advantage of a persons loss without any conscious.
