Losing a pet is one of the hardest things to go through. The days following my girls death were filled with heart break and tears. The one thing the brought me comfort was Brents phone call. It put my mind and heart at ease. The way he spoke about my girl made me finally relax a little. I felt she was being taken care of until she was able to come home. The compassion and empathy Brent and Lisa have for their clients and their fur babies is immeasurable. They were helpful, kind and understanding. The urn and pendants we chose are beautiful. I’m so please with the quality. If we can’t have our girl alive and with us, this is the next best thing. Brent and Lisa, thank you. Your compassion and kindness hasn’t been unnoticed.

Hello im pretty sure this is where my cat kizzy went from summerside vet. I lost the love of my life July.11th. I had kizzy cat for 14 years❤????????????????????????❤I pick out the white cat urn i see all the pictures and its the same urn in the pictures. looks like my kizzy cat is in wonderful hands.????❤ I see all the people's nice comments. I have been haveing a really hard time i cry all the time. I thought i could here kizzys little feet walking behind me in the kitchen in the morning when i would feed her????????❤ i have a prayer candle beside her picture i light it every mornings it stays lit all day❤ i miss her so much. I even called the vet and they talk me down made me feel a little better. Its so hard to lose her????????????❤ i cant wait to get her back in this beautiful urn thank you???????? its amazing to have such amazing people lilke this that can give and do amazing work for are loveing pets/ family's ???????????????? thank you! Blessings. I just got kizzy back today and wow thank you so much her urn is amazing!!!! Made me cry thank you i could not of asked for more. Just perfect! ❤????????????

Absolutely amazing service! Brent and Lisa are such wonderful, caring people that run a very professional and compassionate business. They are very accommodating, willing to work with you and answer any questions you might have about the after care decisions for your pet. Hi, We recently had to help our 10-1/2 year old Bulldog take the step into a better place. Faithful Friends was incredible and put just enough support into the difficult time. They are not involved too far and not too far away. We have been left with a warm memory of our friend and also a genuine understanding that they care about who they are helping. I called Brent to discuss options for my sweet Luna. He was extremely caring and patient with me as I figured out what I wanted for my baby. When I received her ashes back, I also received a card with condolences for my loss. I have one more kitty at home and when she eventually passes away, I will have her put into a matching urn. I had Luna done in the "cozy kitty" urn because it looked more like a statue than an urn. I will recommend Brent and his business to all my friends with fur babies. UPDATE: My precious Tango passed away about 6 months after my first review, and I once again received heartfelt condolences when her ashes came back home. Both of my cats are together again and I am at peace knowing they were taken care of so well. Thank you Brent. Your professionalism and kindness helped me through an otherwise difficult time.

I lost my Emotional Support Cat Cookie on May 12th, I decided to have her cremated so she’ll be beside me. Faithful Friends took good care of my little bear on her last journey back to me and was quick to help me when I noticed some information that the vet got wrong and immediately changed those little mistakes. Thank you for everything especially the folder with all the pamphlets, they sure are helping me though this tough event.

I just lost my cat of 18 years. The gentleman was able to arrive that same day to our home, was extremely respectful and didn't make me feel rushed at all, allowing me to say my final goodbye. I want to thank Brent for taking care of my family's beloved cat, Felix, and allowing us to give her the most dignified send off possible. The process was very simple with the pick up and drop off services. A wicker basket and body bag was used during the pick up, which made saying good bye to the body easier. The attention to detail in her certificate of death was very appreciated, with Brent calling to clarify some information. A wide selection of urns were available so we were able to find one that best fits Felix's personality. I highly recommend Faithful Friends to anyone who is going through the difficult grieving process of losing a beloved pet.

Was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional conversation... everything was about money ... every aspect of the conversation... our dogs are our kids and no amount of money with come in the way of putting our dog to rest ... when the conversation only consisted of money and no compassion for my crying and distraught spouse it made me furious ... I had a long standing plan to bury my cats in my hometown where they were adopted. However, when the time came to say goodbye to my sweet Timber in August after 18 years, I just couldn’t bear to leave her alone to rest in a place I no longer lived. I contacted Faithful Friends late in the evening after she had passed and Brent emailed back and forth with me until I had all of my questions answered. By the end of our conversation I knew that I was making the best choice to honour my friend. Brent offered to pick her remains up from the vet (I declined as I wanted to spend one last moment with her) and made arrangements to meet me to drop her off to him. He had a nice basket set up to transport her in. He walked me through the process, answered any remaining questions and had me sign some quick paperwork, all while following Covid guidelines. I picked a simple box (at the last minute) which Brent put her cremains into for me. The whole experience with Faithful Friends was compassionate and respectful and made a really tough time easier to handle. I highly recommend using their services when that time comes.

Faithful Friends is quite honestly the best. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism is second-to-none. We knew our little Tony bunny would be going soon, so we had the ability to make plans for his after-life care ahead of time. Brent was fantastic to text with, making sure all of the details were taken care of before Tony passed. Our sweet boy was returned to us this afternoon, and even the way he was returned was evidence of so much care and compassion. His urn was in a beautiful bag along with a condolence card, a certificate of cremation, and a death certificate. It was so touching that Tony's cremation was given as much value as a human's. Thank you, Brent and Lisa, for providing such an invaluable service.

We lost our little guy really unexpectedly as he couldn’t wake up from neutering surgery. In the frantic time that happens after you lose a pet, Faithful Friends was there for us and genuinely seemed to care about Rocket and how he was handled. Within an hour they were at our house with a basket and blanket to carry him away and we got him back by the end of the week. It’s one of the worst times in your life when you lose a pet, but honestly being able to trust this company with Rocket and know that he would come back to us safely was huge. Please use this company if you unfortunately lose a little loved one.

Brent was extremely professional when our loved Cosmo pug passed away on the 11th. Brent came to the house and put him in a basket with a blanket over him and discussed Urns. He really cared about how we were feeling and about Cosmo. He took his time, and met us after the cremation was done. I recommend him before a VET as he is very professional and includes a death certificate. Amazing service.

My sincere thank you to Brent for on a moment’s notice came to pick up my beloved Bailey. She left with Brent in a lovely wicker basket covered in a blanket and was assured she would be cared for with compassion and dignity. Brent sent an email later that evening to assure me that Bailey was resting comfortably in the same basket with a blanket tucked over top. Faithful Friends has a beautiful selection of all types of memorial items. Brent helped me through the process and personally delivered her home in a lovely tealight urn I choose for her and a beautiful package of a sympathy card, death certificate, and a perfect impression of her paw prints. I was worried and hesitant about selecting a place that would care for Bailey now in her after care as I have cared for her throughout the wonderful years we had together, and I can truly say Brent and Faithful Friends were absolutely amazing in how compassionate and caring they were with Bailey and helping me through this difficult time. I highly recommend Faithful Friends!
