There is so many amazing things that I love about Choice Memorial not only are their locations absolutely beautiful but their staff is absolutely amazing as well. I just recently lost my dad and Choice Memorial was amazing with following every wish my dad had before he passed and they helped us follow every one of them. He didn't want a service or anything like that all he wanted was to be cremated. Lisa helped get us started by starting the paperwork for his file, then we talked to Eileen and she helped us book our appointment with Teresa the funeral director to fill out the final paperwork that was needed for the cremation and I can't thank everyone there enough for taking such amazing care of my dad while he was there. Within 5 days everything was done and we were able to bring him home. They are unbelievably reasonable when it came to the cost of everything we had done. Not once did they ever push us to buy things or do things that we didn't want. They stuck to our wishes perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing and reasonably priced funeral home.

When my father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly I didn’t know what to do. I was navigating a world I was not familiar with. No one listed their prices and calling around there was no way I could afford what other places charge. I was referred to Choice and the first thing I noticed on their website was they listed their price. I knew what to expect and it would be 5 times less than what other places were quoting. When I called not only did I find that there were no hidden extras, but they were the most compassionate and caring place I spoke with. That was more important than anything. They made me feel like they actually cared and I would have chosen them strictly based on that. Customer service is important to me and Choice Memorial has that in spades. Every one I spoke with was the same. You can tell that they are like a family to one another and that was comforting. When my mom passed away less than 5 months later I knew who to call. I dealt with the same person both times, Eileen, and she was great! Everyone I have dealt with has been. They have been amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They shared my load and helped me through the most difficult times in my life and I will forever be grateful to them. Whether you are looking for somewhere on a budget, or you just want to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers, this is the place you want to call. While I hope I don’t have to deal with them again any time soon, it has opened my eyes to my own life. Once things settle down my husband and I will be back to prearrange things if anything is to happen to us. At the end of April 2017, I arranged a simple cremation for an uncle at one of the large funeral homes in Calgary. The result of that experience was minimal service, a lack of competence in filing government forms and not much else for a very expensive price. On September 9th of 2017 I lost my son Matthew to suicide. Every moment of that experience was extremely difficult. Initially, I had begun arrangements through one of the large, chain funeral homes in Calgary. Unfortunately, I was not treated kindly or with any sort of empathy or respect. Completely distraught, I felt the desire to find another funeral home not knowing if this would even be an option. Through a referral, I phoned Choice Memorial and Ann-Louise with warmth and kindness let me know that to have my son moved would not be a problem, that Choice Memorial would take care of the paperwork and everything involved with the transfer and that there would be no extra charge on behalf of Choice Memorial. The following day when we went to make arrangements, Teresa the owner and funeral director met us at the door with hugs and sincere condolences. Teresa and all the staff that I met were genuinely kind, responsive and competent in all their respective roles. I would like to thank Megan for her service and the warmth and compassion she showed when I met her in January of this year. The fact that she remembered Matthew meant the world to me. Every aspect of our experience with Choice Memorial was above and beyond expectations. I was and still am overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that we found Choice Memorial during such a difficult time. At the time of Matthew's passing my mother was nearing the end of her life with a terminal illness. Because of our experience with Matthew, Mom decided to call Choice Memorial and plan her end of life arrangements. Teresa at no extra charge or advance payment of any sort drove to the hospice to meet with my mom, write down her wishes and stay for a short visit. Once again, we felt embraced by kindness. When mom did pass away on January 27th of this year, everything went so smoothly. All the details were in place and we didn't have to worry, wonder or question anything. When it comes to funeral homes, in my experienced opinion, there is no other choice than Choice Memorial.

Choice Memorial Cremation & Funeral Services company surely deserves even more than this, but they are so professional, caring and humble, that they probably wouldn’t even take the extra benefits. Teresa understands deep down and puts into (in) credible practice everything of key importance but also wisely addresses all the possible needs, especially the budget. Other funeral homes (who left me with the thought “there must be something better), instead of upselling and doing the usual sales tricks while taking advantage of people in sorrow and need, have a lot learn from her concept and bow to her and her team with all due respect and inspiration. Every member of her staff is 360 degrees professional, conscientious, flexible and caring at all times. This includes them ensuring care for the client not only in the immediate present, but also staying few steps ahead to accommodate the possible conditions of the grieving. They SERVE WHOLE-HEARTELY AND SUPER PATIENTLY. Lisa did an amazing job with pictures and the obituary, knowing exactly what I meant without me having to spell out the fine details. Kelsey, Darcy, Ron have done the same in their roles. If it wasn’t for Teresa adjusting her working hours to ensure that the necessary documents are filled out as soon as possible, that the budget is met, that all the possible needs are covered beyond my expectations, I wouldn’t survive the sorrow and practicalities of dealing with unfortunate death of my beloved mother, Teressa Oliinik. Teresa of Choice Funerals, who ironically shares the same first name and the life-long mission of going out of her way to serve the people in need, costs what costs, was that angel who by all her deeds and attitude, convinced me that there is life after death, i.e. when one is gone, another one continues the mission out of her pure heart! This made the funeral, which I dreaded so much (I had to burry my mom alone), so pleasant and a celebration of the best a human being can be on this planet. People, from the bottom of my heart, I tell you: you will not find better than Choice Memorials! Update: I wrote the above review a couple of days ago, i.e. after the funeral and before the cremation. Yesterday I participated in the cremation, as I felt that I have to make those painful steps in order to get over the grief, which has been overwhelming like nothing ever before in my life. Hence, I was hoping to achieve some kind of closure. Some people might dread the experience of final good bye and pressing the "cremation button" like I did, while others might want to face the practicalities. For (those considering) the latter, I just wanted to add that once again I was impressed with how the staff at Choice Memorial handles the body of the deceased. Graig, the embalmer, was just as professional and empathetic, as the other members of staff I have dealt with. He guided me through the process and answered all my questions on embalming of my mom and in general (I cared for mom during her illness, got to know her body all too well and since she had undergone an autopsy, I was curious about the cuts, the "intrusion", and what happens to the body before and after cremation). Although this was not his job requirement, he ended up giving me a full-scale interview and an excursion! As someone who witnessed a cremation in Varanassi, India, the esthetics and the ecology of the process was important. Once again I was impressed to discover how Choice Memorials ensures that this is done with efficiency, the honor of the deceased and especially the zero-damage to the environment! To me this meant a lot, because my mom was the kind of person who served humanity and cared for the environment. She couldn't even conceive doing damage to anyone or anything on earth. It was a such a relief to know for sure that this "personal signature" remained in action until the final end...

Recently my family and I had the difficult task of making funeral arrangements for my brother who passed away. At the beginning we had no idea what we needed to do, so we started calling and visiting different places asking for information. Some were very helpful and some were not. Then one of those calls was made to Choice Memorial and Teresa answerd the phone. When something like that happens you don’t know how to start or what to ask in the first place. It is not easy to talk to someone you don’t know about your loss. Teresa was just the right person to talk to. She gave us not only detailed information but also her precious time and we asked all kinds of questions, even the same questions over and over again. I just lost my Mom 10 days ago. We chose to have Mom cremated at Choice Memorial. That was a great decision. The staff have been nothing but incredible there. They were respectful and compassionate at all times. Something we dont think a lot about at times like this though is cost. We lost my father in the recent past so we knew from experience you can feel vulnerable and just pay what is asked to give your loved one the best. When our Mom passed we decided to make a couple phone calls to compare prices. It's surprising to realize there is a drastic difference in costs for the exact same services chosen. CHOICE is one price includes it all. They don't charge extra for all the little things that others do. Their cost was not only all inclusive and very reasonable but the go the extra steps just to make things easier on the family. Filling out Government forms that have to be done at some point, for no other reason but to make things easier. I cannot say enough good things about Choice. My beautiful Mother passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 11:55 p.m. She died at home peacefully and I was by her bedside as she took her last breath. I stayed with her for about an hour before I called her Funeral Director. My Mother's funeral was pre-arranged, by a Funeral Home in Ontario. They were aware that my Mom was approaching her end, as I had called them six months, one month and one week prior to her death. Upon calling the Director in Ontario, I was told that they had no arrangements in place, and that they would try calling some Crematoriums in Calgary, if I could find some phone numbers in the phone book. Out of the three they contacted, only one, Choice Memorial, returned the call immediately. Overwhelmed with anxiety and grief, I became very scared. Then, Teresa, from Choice Memorial & Cremation, called to tell me that she and Justin were on route to my home and that they would be arriving shortly. I didn't know these people and they don't know me, how was I to hand over my loving Mother to strangers, not knowing where they would take her, what the process was, and if they would give her body the respect she deserved. All my worries soon melted away, as Teresa calmly and soothingly began to answer the many questions that I needed addressed. Her professionalism was equalled only to her genuine care and empathy. When it was time for them to take my Mother, Teresa asked, "Can we take her from her bed?", "Is it alright with you if we place her in transporting bag?", "Is it alright if we zip up the bag now?" Simple question but so empowering, because it allowed me the choice to answer. Justin and Teresa, very gently, wrapped my Mom in a soft, warm comforter and slowly lifted her onto their stretcher. The next day, Teresa came to my home and went over all the paper work involved, and all I had to do was sign. She handled everything, and even Service Canada paperwork. She also set up a Book Of Memories, on the website, so family members, near and far away, could access and see the many tributes and pictures of my dear Mother. Teresa brought my Mom's remains to me personally along with all the paperwork I needed to fly her back to Ontario for burial, going over the requirements of clearing the urn through customs. Even though it's been almost a month, Teresa has stayed in touch with me, to let me know that she is only a phone call away if I need her. When you love what you do, you tend to do your very best. Thank you,Teresa and Justin, for loving what you do so well, caring for families in their time of grief, with genuine empathy, respect and dignity! I am so thankful that I found you, and so grateful it was you that looked after my dear Mother. I have no worry with recommending Choice Memorial & Cremation, in a persons time of need, they are definitely the ones to call. Again, Teresa and Justin, for making my time of grief a little easier. It was a beautiful experience with Choice Memorial Rocky View, Lori and her staff showed my family and my wife utmost respect during and after the service. My mom selected Choice for her own funeral, and I am so grateful for the experience. I was impressed with everything, from the first pre-need meeting right up until her funeral. The facilities do not resemble a traditional funeral home - it's a calm, peaceful, serene setting. I felt very safe and relaxed at Choice, in spite of the fact that I was facing the worst experience of my life. The staff also does not resemble your typical ghoulish funeral staff - there were no grim-reaper overcoats or scary black suits in sight. I have to say a special thank you to Kelsey for taking care of us after my mom passed, and ensuring the details of the funeral were perfect. I also have to thank Darcy, who met with my entire family at the pre-need arrangement, and assisted at the cremation, where I was present. I was happy to see a staff member at her cremation who had met my mother when she was alive. I really appreciated that Choice was able to accommodate my wish to be present for the cremation, and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for this. Some of the quotes we received in Calgary for similar services were 2 times (and in one case, 3 times) as much as what we paid at Choice. There were no surprises in terms of cost. I was a funeral professional in Calgary for a few years. I've never worked for Choice. However, based on my experiences with them, they are who my family always recommends for funeral services. If you're looking for a funeral experience in Calgary that is transparent, budget-friendly, high quality, and compassionate, then I suggest you contact Choice.

Last month ( November) my wife's father passed away. Choice Memorial was suggested to us by the Pastor for The Beverly Care Center. I called and spoke to Justin and a little while later to Teresa. Both were very compassionate and understanding. Those first calls convinced me that we would be dealing with real people and not faces running a business. We (me, my wife and three of our adult children) met later that afternoon and we immediately knew that we were not just another 'customer'. There was absolutely no pressure to up sell. Everything was clearly explained and we did ask several questions. They were very helpful. Teresa told us that if we had any more questions to call, or send email. Over the next couple of days we did have a few more questions by phone or email and the replies were always answered in a very timely fashion. At all times, they were very professional but we always felt that WE came first. In other words, Teresa and ALL of the staff were people just like us, with feelings. They were not robotic, doing their jobs in black suits like I have seen at funerals at the big Funeral Homes.They were REAL people with big hearts. They went out of their way to accommodate us and to be honest, they became part of our family for that period of time. I want to thank the owner Teresa for taking care of us during this difficult time of great hardship and great loss. I came from South East Asian background and in oriental culture most of the local funeral directors are really just impatient and cash demanding, despite not having much respect for either their profession as funeral directors or for the families they’re serving. Culturally they feel that handling the dead is something that brings bad luck so you are at funeral director’s mercy and they do not have pleasant attitudes as the only thing that matters is the money. I just want to say that, of course in Canada no one does all this oriental stuff, yet the way you do everything in Choice Memorial just showed me that you can make the funeral experience very wonderful. You served my family with so much “passion” and “compassion”. Passion for your profession and to do what you are able to do for the ones in the most vulnerable moments of their lives, in need of comfort. And in doing so, you demonstrate so much compassion for us when we in trust not only our deceased family member in your care, but our selves in our most fragile moment as well. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. Also you do not maximize profit and take advantage of families at the time when they’re already at great loss. Upon inquiry, the other big funeral companies cost around 3 times as you for the same services and the hardware they offer costs as much as 7 times in pricing although made with the very same material. This is the reason our church pastor suggested your service at Choice Memorial, saying that you would be the most economical choice. However, what you offered us was "ALOT" more than only being cost-efficient. Kindness and willingness to care is not something money can purchase, and it can only be given from one's conviction and dedication for their profession and love for people in need in general. The prices you offered are amazingly affordable and all of these things you are doing when you break down on the price chart I just cannot believe you would do these very things for such little price. And you know in many cultures, the time of a family member’s death is when people would take advantage to maximize the profit, and out of your respect and love for your family you would have to endure whatever price tag they would put on, but Choice Memorial does not do this to you. I think you have minimized the cost for people and that is very kind of you to do so at such a time of vulnerability and sadness. Lastly, I must give a shout out to Lisa at Engraving services, I think we exchanged something like 14 emails before we finally got the perfect results for the engraving on the urn. I don’t know how many times we spoke on the phone (and she was kind and so willing to help every time) and lastly when I met with her in person I was glad to tell her in person that I was so grateful for her dedication for her work as well as her wonderful patience and willingness to care about the last little detail. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be helped by her and this is not something I’ve really experienced before in any kind of business dealings. Thank you again, Lisa!

After my mother's death we contacted the big name in town but quickly (within 2 hours) changed our minds when we looked into options. We landed on Choice Memorial because of it's great reviews and because Choice seemed like a more personal experience. Are we ever glad we went with them!! Choice made the experience surprisingly bearable, even I'd say absolutely pleasant. We could feel their compassion and understanding but on top of that there was no sales pitch. That's huge to us. The experience was truly about our needs, not their sales. On top of that, Choice went above and beyond for us to fix a debacle caused by the other funeral home. I won't go into detail because there are some members in my family that don't know about that and I don't want them to (it would be too painful), but Choice fixed the problem and went beyond what they needed to at no charge to make sure my sister and I were happy and content that there were no further issues. They certainly didn't cause the problem, but they fixed it over and above our satisfaction. In Memory of Stacy Miller Unfortunately we lost our son and after a couple of days when everything sunk in we were left with the challenge of planning his funeral. Not knowing what to expect I googled "Cremations in Calgary" and up popped a number of sites one of which was "Choice Memorial" for $995 so I thought at least we had a starting point and an idea of the cost,however,Choice Memorial was on the other side of the city so I decided to check out another funeral home closer to us and was quoted a starting price of $3400. I asked why such a difference in prices and was told to be sure I get everything that was advertised and promised. Well with that I called "Choice Memorial" and said is $995 for real? I was meaning what are all the hidden costs...there really are none. Our experience with Choice Memorial was pleasantly surprising, we thought planning a funeral would be that the worst thing in our lives besides the loss of our son that we had to deal with. This wonderful person, Teresa came to our house where she sorted out all details and collected all the information she needed to do her job which was everything from doing the cremation, printing the cards delivering the ashes in a beautiful container "that we picked out", and filling out any paperwork required by the government, things that we don't even know to do. Teresa 's genuine personality and comforting personality made our experience much easier than we had expected. Because we wanted to view his body we went up to their place of business which was simple but lovely and were greeted by their beautiful dog and Teresa's wonderful partner Jason which took away some of the tension we were feeling but once again it was a good experience. When we went in to view his body it was so nice to see him laid out on a regular bed with a regular pillow and sheets and a quilt tucked up under his arms like he was sleeping. I'm writing a review after over 2 years since my father passed and even after all that time, I can never forget how amazing Teresa and her team has been throughout the whole process. In September of this year our family had the difficult journey caring for someone we love die of terminal cancer. Emotions were running high. It was a sad day when we knew we had to plan for his passing and our final goodbyes. We used Choice Memorial Cremation and Funeral Services based on the work of Teresa Jones whom I enlisted 10 years ago to oversee my mother's funeral. Since then I have referred her to two other friends who have been equally pleased with her professionalism as I. Where ever Teresa Jones went, we followed. We were relieved and happy that she along with Justin Dufault operate their own business. Without hesitation or "shopping around" we immediately enlisted their services to help us. It came as no surprise that Teresa conducted herself with integrity, no upselling, professionalism, compassion and humor through a very difficult time. We met her business partner the day of our service and together, Justin Dufault and Teresa Jones went over and above to ensure that every single detail that brought out our loved ones personality in a unique and personable service was delivered. Justin's sense of timing and his ability to speak with large crowds put every one at ease. No one likes to say goodbye, it is the hardest thing to do but with Choice Memorial and the outstanding work of Teresa Jones and Justin Dufault our dearly departed was celebrated and all he believed in was showcased in the simplest and most beautiful way that will have lasting memories and bring us a sense of peace that we did him proud. Taylor Smart was the young woman that mainly took care of us and she was amazing as I'm sure are the rest of the staff. Choice Memorial not only has more that reasonable pricing. We shopped around A LOT…. Very overwhelming. Let me make your decision easier. Go with Choice Memorial. I don't even know where to begin with the excellent service we received from Choice. My father passed away in April. After shopping around and getting taken advantage of in a very vulnerable state, we found Choice. The first meeting was so genuine. We sat down with Cheryl she went through everything thoroughly with us, listening to what we wanted and not pushing anything on us that we didn’t need. She helped us apply for the death benefit and the CPP survivor benefit. We were sure that my dad’s girlfriend wouldn’t get the survivor benefit so we weren’t even going to apply. We had a different family dynamic, where my dad was with his girlfriend for 27 years but they weren’t married and didn’t live together so we thought the survivor spousal benefit was off the table from CRA. Cheryl listen to the whole story of how they met. Could tell that there was a serious partnership between the two, they spent all their time together and they were very in love. In her opinion they should have got the benefit. She typed it up and submitted it to CRA with an application. She said she hasn’t seen this dynamic be approved before but thought we should give it a shot anyway. It worked and his girlfriend was approved! If she never put the time and the effort, never in a million years would CRA have approved something like that. Also, we had Karen design the brochures for us. We already had a special venue booked specifically as per my father’s wishes, so we didn’t use Choices for that but we did order brochures and Karen was very helpful. Initially, brochures were a very overwhelming task for me. She listened to my dads story, took our pictures we went back and forth on a few ideas and samples, she was so patient. She created the most beautiful brochures in a very short turnaround time. The family was very happy with them. The care and expertise that the whole team showed is worth more than 5 stars. I would recommend anyone who has lost a loved one to go here.

I didn't think anyone could make what we were dealing with feal any better but Teresa and Justin managed to do just that. They helped us through our difficult time back in November but as anyone going through this knows all the steps invloved take some time to get on top off. That being said I now have the time to truly thank Justin and Teresa for all their help. I called a few places and checked but I thought they were a bit ridiculous for what my father had for his final wishes. When I spoke to Justin I could hear the empathy and understanding in his voice. I felt comfortable! I knew once they were involved I wouldn't have to worry anymore. They did exactly what we asked for including keeping everything very private as this was the type of person my Dad was. The cost was very reasonable and was actually lower than I expected after talking to other companies. Teresa was fantastic with my mother. Just the fact she was willing to come over to my mother's house and do everything at our kitchen table would have been worth paying extra for but it was included. Teresa went through the governmnet forms including the death benefit applications. My mother needed all the help she could get so I am very thankful for Teresa taking care of her. Like all the other review,s here, I was throughly impressed with the professionalism, speed and service that I received from Teresa and her team with the recent passing of my brother. The biggest surprise was the final costs for their basic cremation services. There were no surprises and it included alot of the extra government forms, which I was not expecting. The cost was about a third of the cost of the traditional funeral homes here in Calgary. Although I hope to never have to offer anyone this referral, I would not hesitate to do so, they are an honest and compassionate group and I can easily give them the 5 Star rating that they deserve, thank you for your support at such a difficult time.

From the first time I phoned Teresa from Choice Memorial on Friday when in shock from Vivien's unexpected passing away in front of me, to now a year later when I had some remains taken out of the urn for spreading, I cannot express enough of my gratitude for the dignified and exemplary service with sincere compassion that has been provided. Although it probably was more convenient for them to pick up Vivien more promptly, they agreed to the last part of the afternoon in keeping with my wishes to be with Vivien for as long as possible. The particulars of the arrangements were left to a meeting on Monday. This was handled in a very cordial and compassionate manner where she explained the different options available with the associated costs involved as outlined on their website and left it for me to choose without even a hint of subtle pressure to upgrade. That was very much appreciated in light of our circumstances and Vivien's desire to keep things simple. Teresa did her best with patience and understanding to help us formulate our wishes. This was particularly evident when it came to the private showing for the family. She readily offered an alternative to the basic which was done exquisitely in a simple yet dignified manner that was most appropriate for young grand children who hadn't seen Granny since Christmas. I was most impressed as were my son and family who had come from out of the country for the funeral. Because of flight issues at the time, the funeral had to be held on Saturday between Good Friday and Easter. Again this was not a problem for them, as they were able to accommodate us at no additional cost to help with the funeral being held at our church. I am truly grateful and can't say enough about what such a good experience it was dealing with them during such a difficult time for us.

There were many complicated steps involved and plenty of paperwork but they got it all finished within our rushed time frame. They even dealt directly with the embassy. Further still, the price was much more reasonable than any other funeral home we found because Choice Memorial cares about helping people, not getting paid. We could not be more grateful.

On July 28, 2016 my brother and I met with Teresa for the first time. We had been interviewing various funeral homes over the past few days to do the pre planning for our mothers funeral which we knew would be in the near future. Choice was the last place we visited. As soon as we met Teresa we knew, this was who we wanted taking care of our mother and our family and that is exactly what she and Justin did. There's just has a very kind and compassionate way about Teresa and we felt absolutely no pressure to make any kind of decision during that first meeting but we knew we had found the right person and decided to proceed with the planning right then and there. There was no slick sales presentation going on. No up selling or pressure of any kind, just information and ideas. I've been in sales all my life and she treated us the way I treated my clients. Offering information along with any associated costs without having to ask. We liked that. I don't think most people realize that when you interview funeral homes, the person you are Iintially set up with is not the one who will be seeing you through the entire process. That there will be a number of people that do different tasks, in essence you'll be meeting with someone different, each step of the way! Not so with Choice Memorial. I can't stress enough how amazing it was to have Teresa see us through the entire process personally, from the initial meeting to numerous calls and emails. From the viewing the night before to the church mass and graveside service, she was there helping and guiding us every step of the way. I could even feel her cheering me on as I got up to do the second reading in the church. The care she took in ensuring our every wish including my moms appearance for the viewing, was tended to with the greatest of care and not one thing was forgotten, not one, not even the 11th hour requests we had. Her attention to detail was heartwarming and she made us feel that whatever choices we made, they were the right ones for our family and belive me, we had some challenges. She made it seem like it was nothing out of the ordinary. If you are looking for a caring and deeply personal experience in sending a love one on their way to the next chapter in their life, Teresa, Justin and Choice Memorial are a group of people that will look after you with the utmost care, compassion, sincerity and professionalism, call them. Meet with them in advance if you can so you can get the details taken care of so when the time comes, it's one phone call and they will take care everything for you, really they will and they won't miss one thing. You can spend your time getting your family together and being with them, doing what you need or want to do rather than dealing with all the decisions. You'll be aware of all the costs up front and not be worrying if you can afford all of this and let's be honest, that's a concern for most anyone. They have a beautiful facility for a ceremony and an upcoming chapel that is being adding now as I write this. Oh and of course I must mention in closing that the price was the best price we had found during our research. Don't think that a lower price means less service, in this case less meant more, way more.

If a family can have a family funeral home, Choice is ours. Special heart-felt thanks to Taylor, but I can just tell that the rest of the team would be just like her. We were educated but not pushed. The estate help she provided was amazing, and only after did I realize the burden she lifted. I could go on and on about the compassion, professionalism, sincerity...and I hope it'll be a long while since we have to connect with Choice again, but when we do need to, I will not hesitate at all.
