We went to the Krampus-themed escape room last week and I have to say it's the best escape room I've ever done (and I've done my fair share). The staff was friendly, the waiting room had a scary ambiance and the room was interactive and very creepy. Without spoiling anything, I can just say that this room was executed very differently than other rooms I've been to in the past. If you scare easily, this may be a tough one for you. If you're like me and you like a good scare, I don't think this room could disappoint--it certainly didn't for us!

Krampus is a great experience! The interactive element with the elf (or helf) is fun and immersive without feeling cheesy or burdensome. He can give hints and guidance without staff coming into the room and totally breaking any sense of immersion you might feel. Because there are people manipulating the room, they can have puzzles without being stuck with the boring old lock and key system. Our group of three was so close to finishing but we ran out of time on the final puzzle. Will definitely check out anything else CanScare does! Totally worth the price of admission.
