Just had the absolute worst experience following the loss of my father. Beyond being misled by the representative concerning how my fathers remains were to be handled during a contentious dispute with a second wife with zero regard for my fathers wishes. They raised their voices and continuously interrupted me. My demeanor was less than pleasant but if Ryan Bennett is unable to maintain composure after their organization gave us such egregiously bad information or any circumstance involving bereaved parties he is clearly in the wrong line of work. Trust nothing they say and if you value accountability and honesty please take your sad end of life business elsewhere.

I was unable to be present for my grandmother's funeral, so instead I sent flowers which ended up being sent to the funeral home. The flowers never arrived to my grandmother's service. When I called Brown Funeral Home regarding their negligence, the sociopath I spoke to was very short with me and could not be bothered about it. Your job is to provide a service, in helping families to honor the deceased. The least you could do is be respectful and TRY to pretend to have some empathy. Shame on you.

I'd like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Browns and the staff for their professionalism in handling my son's service. I was at a loss of what I needed to do to bring him from San Antonio TX to Plattsburgh. NY. It was handled by Browns so I didn't need to worry. They allowed us to play our own music for my son. They handled the Honors Service with dignity. I'm sorry that another felt the service was a nightmare. It was not. It was beautiful and exactly what Michael wanted. Again thank you
