Very warm and soothing environment. It was a very relaxing experience. I felt comfortable and at ease right away. I had an assessment before the massage and it was genuine and thorough. The pressure was just right and the essential oils and hot towels made the experience extra soothing. I also appreciate how things were explained to me about my muscles or the techniques being used. At the end I felt really good and relieved of a lot of tension. The overall experience was excellent and I even learned exercises at the end to incorporate into my lifestyle.

Natasha was Awesome! Definitely well educated! Knows what to work on when you feel pain or discomfort! I love deep tissue massage and she definitely exceeded my expectations. She is also great if your not looking for that and want a relaxation massage. All around great person that wants to help. I highly recommend her. If have kids, don't worry she has a great room with toys television couches for the kids to feel like home! I cannot say enough great things about this place. I came in there with neck and shoulder issues, and came out there feeling better and also she even went over the time frame just to work on a muscle that needed to be addressed! I appreciate the recommendations she gave me to help prevent some of the pains by giving me examples of stretches I need to do. Book an appointment and I know for a fact you will not regret it! Natasha has been an asset in my family. My son goes for his pedeatric massages and I am at ease with the respect she shows him. She always asks for consent and will only proceed with what he wants. My mother goes, and a woman who lives with chronic pain has been able to return to some activities that she has had to abandon. We always look forward in seeing Natasha.

Natasha is a gem. She is the best massage therapist I’ve had in two decades of treatments. She doesn’t just do a standard press on the knots till they go away...she manipulates the muscles in coordination with the massage which allows for much deeper work without the pain the next day. I’m never sore after a massage now, and until I started coming here I just assumed muscle soreness the next day was how it always goes. Who knew massage doesn’t have to hurt?!
