I have been looking for a therapist for some time after my previous one moved and eventually found this place. Erica Tremblay treated me for the past 2-3 months and it's been great to finally feel relief after each treatment (which for me requires good pressure). No matter how long I go for, my visits have always been very helpful. She offers pertinent explanation and advice to help further wellbeing above doing a great job treating whatever problem area. Her knowledge and the quality of her service made me think she has been doing this for quite some time and not for a year or so! If you are looking for great deep tissue massage, she will not disappoint!

Her technique and professionalism is extraordinary and she leaves me in a state of pure serenity for days. Was recommended by a friend and Julia is a great RMT, I knew heading in I would need several sessions but definitely feel a little better after each session and they direct bill my provider which is a bonus in my book. I believe that they value and care about their clients and will discuss multiple options for pain relief even if they dont offer the service which I appreciate.

I accidentally mixed up my appointment times and the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional and rude. I called them at 2:20 when I realized my mistake and told them I made the mistake as I was on my way there (my appointment was 2:15 and I thought it was 2:30 for some reason). I was absolutely shocked at how it was handled and as you can see from the response from the owner, they lie since I called and said I made a mistake 5 minutes after my appointment time. It was a pure mistake and I hadn't even been there before. I can see if it happened more than once but this was my first time. Unfortunately I won't be going there if that is how they treat people. The appointment was booked late at night the night before and I made an innocent mistake, I don't know what I was thinking but I made a genuine mistake. I was still willing to come but they wanted to charge me the original amount instead of what I was actually getting.
