I have been looking for a therapist for some time after my previous one moved and eventually found this place. Erica Tremblay treated me for the past 2-3 months and it's been great to finally feel relief after each treatment (which for me requires good pressure). No matter how long I go for, my visits have always been very helpful. She offers pertinent explanation and advice to help further wellbeing above doing a great job treating whatever problem area. Her knowledge and the quality of her service made me think she has been doing this for quite some time and not for a year or so! If you are looking for great deep tissue massage, she will not disappoint!

Michael and his staff are always extremely professional and caring, taking the time to fully listen to my concerns and ensure that I feel comfortable while making sure to focus on the areas that are causing the root of pain. I will continue to book at Pure Ethos because they are fantastic!

Her technique and professionalism is extraordinary and she leaves me in a state of pure serenity for days. I've seen around a dozen or so RMTs in Windsor in the last few years and Erica is easily among the very best!

Was recommended by a friend and Julia is a great RMT, I knew heading in I would need several sessions but definitely feel a little better after each session and they direct bill my provider which is a bonus in my book. I believe that they value and care about their clients and will discuss multiple options for pain relief even if they dont offer the service which I appreciate.

I accidentally mixed up my appointment times and the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional and rude. I called them at 2:20 when I realized my mistake and told them I made the mistake as I was on my way there (my appointment was 2:15 and I thought it was 2:30 for some reason). I was absolutely shocked at how it was handled and as you can see from the response from the owner, they lie since I called and said I made a mistake 5 minutes after my appointment time. It was a pure mistake and I hadn't even been there before. I can see if it happened more than once but this was my first time. Unfortunately I won't be going there if that is how they treat people. The appointment was booked late at night the night before and I made an innocent mistake, I don't know what I was thinking but I made a genuine mistake. I was still willing to come but they wanted to charge me the original amount instead of what I was actually getting.
