I have been here a number of times now and every time the massage has been extremely relaxing. This is the best value you will find for a genuinely good massage.

It is a small and unassuming place. You may in fact mistake it for one of those disreputable Asian massage places. But that is not the case. I have problems with a rib that slips out of my back and I got very good treatment on it by a tall young woman named Doris. The massage was incredible. It was not as mechanical and brutal as your typical rmt massage nor was it the oddly sensual massage you get in some of the Asian places. I don't think I've had anyone give me that good of a massage in a long time and I get one at least once a month. Also, the prices are very good. I have paid a couple of hundred dollars for a massage that wasn't as good as the one Doris gave. And they charged me $63 for 90 minutes.

My reservation wasn't in their system. Luckily (so I had thought) there was a cancellation and someone took me. She kept texting at first while sort of massaging with one hand. The communication felt cold and so I just gave up. I wasn't happy so I tipped the bare minimum. She demanded more.

I had a terrible massage here. The woman was standing on my back with bare feet and was straddling me and sitting on my back. I found it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I had asked for a deep tissue massage and most of the massage I was being stretched out, stood on and lightly stocked. I left a 10% tip because I was very dissatisfied with my service and the lady began to yell at me about the tip percentage. It left me feeling very verbally abused and attacked. I do not recommend going to this spa for any services.

Emily is great and I always feel more relaxed after coming here. She's wonderful at finding the sore spots and releasing the tension. Keep in mind that this is a budget friendly spa and not a luxurious experience. These are not RMT's. If you're looking for an affordable way to relax, relieve stress and sore body points, you won't be disappointed!

Stay away, nothing about this place screams spa, and there's so many things wrong about this place. Very unprofessional service, was asked to "hurry" 3 mins into getting in the room. There was no air conditioning. The ambiance was not relaxing at all. And worst of all, the massage therapist was texting while she was doing my massage and speaking on the phone in another language trying to figure out other bookings which was not only rude but extremely unprofessional especially in a spa setting where clients are supposed to relax. Told me that she is doing reception too. Made me pay an hour worth of massage, felt robbed of time from her answering the phone and texting and going in and out of the room to entertain new clients coming in. The whole experience was awful. Will never come back.

So I called on Sunday to reserve a spot for me and a friend. The lady who picked up even asked if we wanted a couples room or separate. When I went here for my scheduled massage yesterday, they said they had no record of my reservation and instead of just apologizing and offering to book me in again for another day she then demanded I check to see which number I called because I must be wrong about the location. At this point I was pretty upset so I decided to look through my call logs, find the number and show the lady exactly how long we talked for. She then said that it’s not possible because they don’t have a receptionist on Sundays, to which I said that you made me look through my call logs to prove I called you just to say that I must still be wrong? Talk about making a tough situation worse. I work in retail and understand things like this happen so I was upset but not angry until I was asked “to prove myself” and then told I was wrong. Anyways she finally called someone and started yelling at them in a different language at which point I didn’t want to waste my time anymore and so I left. Never coming back here again and I will probably be recommending others to steer clear.
