Kay is a physio beyond all other physios. She is a master of her art. What I don't like is fake news blasting on the tv's all the time. Her husband should be more considerate of customer's feelings and their right to meditate in peace during the long therapy sessions. But Kay herself is an amazing physio.

Professional and lovely front desk staff make you feel welcome and important, and work hard to fit you in quickly to your needed schedule. Got dry needling from Mihir for my elbow pain and I've never felt better. I know who to go to whenever I'm in pain! Mihir always has a smile on his face, and genuinely loves to do what he wants and it shows. The front staff were also very kind and got me in according to my schedule

Without Kay and her great team, I would not be able to function period! Prior to running into Kay i went to a dozen physiotherapists who could not help me, Kay on a chance meeting immediately identified the problem simply by watching my gait she then brought me to her clinic on her day off and worked on me for three hours i was 50% better. After the second treatment i was 100%. Sure you will have to wait a little and it takes some time but you wont regret it! Thanks Kay and all the wonderfull staff who keep me upright!

Had to wait over 30 mins even though I made an appointment weeks in advance. Decided to cancel my physio booking and walk out because there was no respect for patients time. What's the point of making an appointment if the clinic isn't able to honour it. I can understand a 10 min delay but 30 mins is simply not acceptable.

Kay Kennedy is an incredible physiotherapist. She helped my husband and myself. However, you do have to spend up to 2 hours and sometimes more for every treatment which is very hard when you work for a living. Recently, I tried to make an appointment to just get a hip alignment which does not take over 2 hours. I did not need any treatment as I was not injured. On the phone they explained to me that it would still cost the same amount of money as if I stayed for the 2 hours . I agreed that that would be fine, explaining that I don't need that much time with her. When I went to the appointment, her husband, who is the front desk person, was very rude to me and explained that I had to be there for 2 hours and I had no choice. I explained to him that I did not want to waste that much of her time when I only needed a hip alignment, plus O can't be away from work that long. He kept interrupting me and telling me that I do not have a say in the matter, that they are the experts and I am the patient, and that they made it perfectly clear to me on the phone that I would be here for 2 hours, which isn't true as I explained I couldn't be there for 2 hours but I would be willing to pay the full cost. I didn't even talk to him when I made the appointment. He continued to be very rude to me, dismissing me and then asked me to leave. He wouldn't even let me speak with Kay Kennedy directly. I am outraged at this unprofessional behavior and hope that Kay Kennedy sees this review and understands what sort of rude treatment her husband gives her patients. We will not be back nor will we refer any new patients to her.

Harish has given me thoughtful treatments with the use of laser, shock wave and ultrasound to supplement his program for my recover. He knows his stuff! I have to start off by saying Mihir Patel is so professional and amazing at his job, I was in severe pain with a spinal injury and he was able to get me walking, sitting and laying down without excruciating pain and seizing up and going to the hospital within a 2-3 week span. I can finally carry on with my life without suffering and a cane to help me walk thanks to Mihir Patel and his amazingly sweet and helpful staff.
