From the moment my granddaughter and I arrived we were treated with respect by a very gracious gentleman…I assume the manager. Due to covid there were fewer clients and our appointment was timely. Joy treated my granddaughter and I was impressed how concerned and gentle she was. Peter gave me a really good massage. I recommend anyone trying wanting a decent 1 hour treatment to give it a try.

Consistent and easy to book Maybe not as booking with an RMT but most of yhe time you cant go wrong If you have someone to request too even better foot and back massage really good for immediate relief I wouldnt go though if there was a specific problem needing attention Sometimes i find they dont have that knowledge and expérience

Everything from phoning in to book my appointment to my massage was perfect. Michael's professional and friendly demeanor was most welcoming after a long day and my foot and back massage by Hayate hit all the right spots. I walked in broken and left feeling refreshed. Very good place for fascia release and relaxation. Attendants are very accommodating. Miguel is the best as I have been visiting often for the great massage as a regular customer (North Van) . I will keep on coming here since I find it a haven especially after a hard workout or teaching a fitness class. You guys are amazing!!

I've been going here for foot massages for over 10 years. I have taken friends and family and every therapist is good and I consistently receive great foot massages. The receptionist is always organized and efficient. Didi is my current favourite - but I also like Housain (not sure how to spell his name, he has very strong hands).

I highly recommend this place! Visit it at least twice a month to get full body massage, foot massage, or other packages they offer. The new shop is real clean and the staff have always been kind and highly skilled. Price point is very reasonable as well - going to remain a regular here.

My family has been coming here for over 10 years and I have been coming every month for the past 4 years since I had a skiing injury to my foot. They have excellent staff that are very good at dealing with specific issues and in my case working to improve my mobility after getting surgery and having screws put in my foot. They always remember who you are and give you a personal experience every time you come in. I don’t see myself or my family going anywhere else anytime soon!

I visited here today after experiencing so much pain on my feet for standing long time. The receptionist was kind on the phone and was able to book me for the earliest one possible. Matchiko was very helpful in providing the relief of my feet pain. She also kept me company during the treatment and was very kind. Immediately after recieving the reflexology, I already felt so much better. The atmosphere is good with quiet peaceful environment. Im definitely returning. Very pleasant experience.

Two years ago I was given a birthday present for foot reflexology in Park Royal. I've had a wonderful first time experienced. Ever since I have gone back and forth. It's good to try different hands. Thank you Joy, Miguel, and Trish. I have tried full body massage, upper body massage, foot reflexology. Choose whatever you want. Just last Saturday(Feb.6/21) I had an upper body massage done by Trish and she did a great job. My shoulder is so tight and she loosened it up. The ambience is so calm, comfy and peaceful. It's also clean and they sanitized touch surfaces and every chair and massage bed before and after used. You are greeted with a friendly smile by Michael at the front desk who asked you Covid questions upon entry and takes your temperature and sanitize and spray your hands for safety precautions. Try it even just for once if you haven't gone there yet.

I have never been to a Massage Therapist or Physio ever since - they don't do as good a job as My Foot Reflexology. I hope they never move from Park Royal. Joy is amazing! All the therapists and receptionists here are so friendly and very helpful! They offer many different massage types, including upper body massage (my favourite!), foot reflexology, whole body massage is private rooms and relaxing hot foot baths. Love the idea that they offer combinations of the foot reflexology and upper body massage for a deep therapeutic experience. This location has been fully renovated so the ambience is top notch quiet even though it's in a mall. I suffer from middle back tightness occassionally and I can say from experience the different techniques the therapists uses here work the best at relieving the tension.
