My first time booking with Cocoon and maybe my last? The form did not capture I was not at home but a hotel, the masseuse did not read my comments AT ALL! which is rude anyways and would have saw I am in a hotel if she did. So she went to my home which is 25min from where I was. Decided to charge me for her travel time for HER mistake, gave a horrible massage which was uncomfortable AND shortened both massages due to her having to get to another appointment. ONE or the OTHER paying for time or shortening massages I could have lived with as it was an error of location (HOWEVER NOT ON ME) and yet I had to pay for it and did not even received good service. They charged my account late and when they left a message they were charging me more I did not phone back with my complaint as I assumed I would not be using their service again. However, I loaded more than I used on my account so I may give them a second chance.

I have had CHRONIC BACK PAIN for years. Never found any relief through all the different therapies. It is the kind of pain where every 10 seconds you feel the pulsating fire that never lets you forget it is there. I felt trapped to it. I can honestly say, Gieselle CHANGED that! Her work was pure freedom. The pulsating pain was gone. My back was quiet and calm. She knew exactly how to stretch and work my muscles. It was magic. Gizella had an amazingly personable, genuine, warm and kind way with the boys that made them feel immediately comfortable with her. She seemed to really be able to talk to them on their level and connect with them. My husband and I have had many massages over the years across the world and both of us agreed that Gizella is one of the best masseuses we have ever had. She is incredibly intuitive and can feel where your stress or tension is held so can cater the massage to your needs without the need for any verbal communication! Her touch is amazing and must be a natural skill she is blessed with, but you can also tell she is incredibly experienced in her field and she gave me several tips to help ease tension in my neck on a daily basis. I was a little skeptical about the in-home experience, but Gizella is so personable it was never awkward at all. And means we don't have to pay for a babysitter when we need to go out and have a massage. We will be booking Gizella again for sure!

I attempted to make a booking for a mobile RMT through Cocoon and the therapist who responded (Jennifer) was so difficult to coordinate with that I eventually just gave up. My first concern was that she indicated she had to cancel with her regular clients to accommodate my request, which is certainly not something I was comfortable with. Then, she attempted to push for a higher price than the website quoted AND requested valet parking, with some justification about how Cocoon takes a percentage and she's a busy RMT. Jennifer's lack of loyalty to her regular customers in pursuit of a high-priced mobile appointment, the unscrupulous bait and switch attempt from the posted rate, and unnecessarily dragging me into her strained business relationship with Cocoon had me questioning her integrity, and ultimately the professionalism I can expect during an appointment. In the end, I respectfully withdrew my request for service.
