Very warm & welcoming place and happy environment. My mom and I went there for recovery after an accident and we had a very pleasant experience here. Everyone there was polite, helpful and caring. Mary was significantly informative and kind. Amir as well was a wonderful Physio practitioner. What I liked the most was how Amir practiced COVID-19 precautions. Our paperworks also was processed straightforward and quick.

I am an active individual that needed physiotherapy services due to a car accident I had few months ago. Mary and other staffs were professional and I liked the customer service I received. In addition, Mary’s professional service was useful for me and I am still her patient and continuing my sessions with her. She has worked on my back and my back pain got better. Hopefully in next whatever sessions I have left with her, she can help me with my neck and knee injury as well. I would recommend her services to family and friends.

I had a herniated disc and an intense pain in my lumbar area. The pain would shoot down my sciatic nerve to my right foot. My muscles were tense and I could not sit or even stand comfortably when I started doing physiotherapy with Amir Amadi. After a couple of months, my pain has almost disappeared and I can function quite normally. I highly recommend Amir's expertise in physiotherapy.

I had a shoulder injury for around 3 years. After consulting with an orthopedic surgeon, I was recommended cortisone shots. Unfortunately, I got nowhere because this injection was not healthy for my shoulder in the long run or for my age. Luckily I came across Dr. Keshmiri. He started a procedure called dextrose prolotherapy which did wonders for me. I would say my injury has improved by 90%. Plus, it was a sugar solution so no harsh side effects. What impressed me more is his musculoskeletal knowledge, as a medical student I know how hard that subject is. In addition, he iz really passionate for what he does and truly cares for you. Therefore, I recommended him to my own girlfriend and many friends to visit him with any injuries.

The service here at Azalea was absolutely abysmal. The actual physiotherpist (Maryam) was not even working with me during every single one of my appointments. She was also very pushy and forcing me to come 3 times a week. In addition, nothing was being sanitized, Mary the physiotherpist was not even wearing a mask, there was no physical distancing between patients and all she would do was go from patient to patient and complementing each one for a few seconds. To be honest, the only time I actually was with the physiotherpist was when she was taking my money at the end of my appointments. I do not reccomend AT ALL. Lastly, she would also push her patients into following their instagram and Tik Tok accounts! Overall, my experience here was horrible. All she cares about is money and is trying to run a factory.

Please deal with them if you like to have your appointment cancelled at the last moment because the front desk double booked the physiotherapist, or your appointment never makes it on the system and you show up for nothing or your appointment is for a day earlier than you made or ...They claim there's nothing they can do, all the computer's fault. Really? I've given them several opportunities to rectify the situation and it just got worse.

I've been seeing Physiotherapist Mary Ghoroghi for over a year for a chronic forearm injury. I always find her to be very knowledgable, warm, caring, and considerate. She has shown me exercises to do at home to strengthen my muscles and her other good suggestions to prevent further injury or stress are encouraged at every session.
