Yesterday was my first time receiving a massage at Evolve Active Therapy Inc., which was such a positive experience. With eight registered massage therapists (RMT) there is no shortage in their ability to meet your needs. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and friendly and the facility was very clean and beautiful. I had an incredible deep tissue massage by Jasmine, RMT, who did an amazing job assessing my needs prior to my massage. Her communication, assessment, and massage skills were all excellent. I would highly recommend both Evolve Active Therapy Inc. and Jasmine for all of your massage needs!

I am feeling grateful lately for having decided to try the active therapy . 7 months ago I went in with sore shoulders , sore upper arm/bicep , always in pain and I had lost 60% of my strength . My grip was gone. I felt gone. My first few weeks were tough , I did not understand the concept . What it was going to do for me , how could stretching my body in ways I never thought I would , ever help me. I persisted , I was all in , my trust was in Jennifer , her team , Kathleen understood my issues and slowly went to work .I am grateful to be gardening again , my pain is gone , my grip is back , my strength is back , I am always looking for the next task to complete . Very clean place. They make you feel right at home. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Today was my First time ever going for a massage and I will definitely be going back. Jennifer was excellent and she gave me some exercises to do at home to help me out. Great staff
