I can't say enough about this business and, in particular, Valerie Jol, RMT. I came to her in extreme pain with a frozen shoulder. She worked with me throughout the process and adjusted her massage therapy according to my progress, all while offering me suggestions for stretching and truly understanding my pain tolerance. Valerie is very professional and understanding. If you have a frozen shoulder or acute shoulder tendinitis, Valerie would be the person to see.
