June 2017 Back in April of this year I had wanted to get back on track with my regular visits to my Chiropractor ( Dr. F. Smith) I was feeling a bit under the weather and was hit with a bit of vertigo. Dr. Smith was full at the time I called and was for sometime, I was offered Dr. N. Bernicky . I accepted , this was a great choice (nothing at all against Dr. Smith). Within a few days , with a virus going thru our home, the virus set in my inner ear cause much worse case of vertigo. I was bed ridden for a week. Once able to walk I booked in with Dr. Bernicky for a number of visits each week for approximately 3 weeks. She and I were determined to make sure I was able to get to Regina in mid May to see my eldest son graduate ( RCMP DEPOT). She was successful. I am so grateful to not only Dr. Bernicky , but the ENTIRE staff at SF chiro ❤️ Sherry F.

I have been a client here for a number of years. . I see Dr. Mark for regular maintenance chiropractic adjustments and it certainly works! Recently an old fractured wrist injury was acting up and Dr. Mark suggested laser therapy. I was a little skeptical at first, having never tried this before, but the pain in my wrist was ongoing so I agreed to give it a try. Amazing ....... when my treatments were completed I experienced no pain and my wrist was better than it had been in a number of years. It has now been 6 mos and I am still pain free! Highly recommend this therapy!

I admit to having been ignorant of chiropractic practices over many years as I had heard a wide variety of opinions and myths regarding their approach and methodologies. But after suffering for many years from back pains of various types and more recently severe pains in my right leg, standard doctors could only recommend pain killers and variety of other drugs that did not seem to alleviate my problems. After a close friend recommended seeing a chiropractor and informed me that the results they were getting were substantial and quite dramatic, using modern technologies to work the nervous system, I decided to visit Smiths Falls Family Chiropractic. Immediately after explaing my concerns and the potential of surgery for what I thought might ve the source of my pain, Fraser Smith, took me over across the hall for an Xray of my back and quickly pinpointed and showed me clearly where the problem was and why it was causing me such pain. He quickly informed me that surgery was not necessary and that he could address and fix the problem over time and the proceeded to apply my first adjustment with instant relief and for me, a renewed hope of eventually being able to move more freely and comfortably. I have since had several visits with Fraser and I am feeling better already and enjoying the benefits of their natural approach. Everyone working at the Chiropractic Centre is friendly and focused on the well being of their patients. The approach is a holistic one, natural and focused on the nervous system. They do not prescribe or encourage the use of drugs and medication but rather the power of the human body to heal itself with the adjustments they provide as well as the patient's awareness of their own bodies. I cannot say enough about how well I feel in such a short time and how positive the experience has been for me and will continue to be at Smiths Falls Family Chiropractic. I highly recommend it to everyone, boys and girls and people of all ages. I myself am 68 years old. I could not be happier.
