This school does not feel like a school. Ever sense the first day it felt like home. All the staff are super sweet and nice. This school goes the extra mile for their students. I have had tried another medical program before and it felt just like a high school but at Northwest they make you feel like you are in an actual profetional office while also making you feel safe and comfy ruble to ask as many and any questions you may have. At Northwest there really isn't no stupid questions. Would recommend to anyone no matter your age, it's never too late for a career.

The schooling has been the best I’ve ever had in all my time throughout my education. The staff particularly are extremely nice and caring to all the students coming in and out of the main building. I am a transfer student from Brightwood college. I came to Northwest after Brightwood was shut down in the middle of my program. The team here went so far and beyond to get me back on track to finish my program. Going as far as to even create special classes so that we wouldn’t have to take a whole class all over again. When it came time for a career change and I looked into massage therapy, the choice was obvious. With every change and challenge the staff is there to listen, learn and assess as they understand learning from their students is what continues to make this a great school. I think this school is amazing, when i first started school i was pregnant and unexpectedly i ended up having a early delivery but the school was able to help me and provide me with the materials needed to complete my courses. Northwest Career College was such an amazing experience for me. I hear my friends telling me how college is a drag and how the professors don't really interact with the students. Northwest is nothing like that what so ever. I speak for the dental assistant department because that's the program I participated in. Nine months of schooling and I am now a registered dental assistant. The instructors get to know you and build a type of bond with you (if you take initiative to do so). They drill everything into your head and some even take the time out of their day to stay after class hours if you need the extra attention and or practice. Its not just the dental department that's so amazing, all of the staff honestly is. The instructors from other programs, the office administrators, and even the maintenance guy say "good morning" and 'Hi" to you on your way in and out of class. Ms Maria has to be my favorite front desk admin by far. Always very helpful with my questions about payments I had to make and about upcoming events and what not. Me saying I highly recommend this school would be an understatement. If you're looking for a strong first step into the medical, dental or law field, Northwest Career College is the way to go.

Both Maria and Nancy knew exactly who I was when I walked in and was happy that I chose to come back again. I met with Hugo in admissions and he gave me the run down with everything I needed to know for school and gave me my best options for what program I should do and helped me what fit best with my needs and goals. On my first day I was showered with gifts and also received gifts for my children from the school which was very unexpected and appreciated. I didn’t know what to expect when i signed up for school again i was expecting it to be like high school all over again but then on my first day i was wrong the school was much better than high school the instructors are amazing and beyond helpful! The staff and professors are really nice. They are helpful with school stuff and personal stuff as well. Since the Covid 19 virus came about. The school transition to the Zoom platform. It is the same as regular class, just in the safety of your home. The teachers and classmates are there for you during this time. All my assignments and class discussions are the same. Overall it is a really fun experience!
