I went to Uptown Waterloo Therapy for the first time yesterday and am very pleased with the service I received. I had a 60 minute massage with Rachel and felt wonderful after the treatment. Rachel was able to target problem areas in my back and gave me stretching exercises to use to avoid stress build up in my shoulders. The facilities are simple and clean and the treatment room is bright and comfortable.
