They are so caring and accommodating, easy to get to, wonderful hours. So pleased. The last time I was in, I had a little cold and Leah gave me a cup of tea to go to help. I really love this place for massage therapy. They are professional and compassionate, and the little building is clean and inviting. Online booking is super convenient too. The massages are at the higher end of the price range, however, so that may be a barrier for some.

My therapist (Chivonne) is one of the BEST therapists I have ever had!She took her time to get to know me and my history and was so kind, welcoming, and professional. I have been seeing Krista for massage therapy for over a year, and it was a given that I would follow her when she moved to this new clinic. I like the comfortable and trendy atmosphere they've created at The Coach House. Being in the heart of Uptown, I find it very convenient to get there (and to do errands/shopping nearby while I'm at it too). I like Krista as an RMT because she has ART training too, and she lets the client set the tone for talking (i.e. if I don't feel like talking, she doesn't force it (you know sometimes during a massage you just want to relax/half-sleep?), but if I feel like talking, we can have enjoyable chats too).

I have been putting off getting a massage for a long time now. Booking an appointment online was easy and took very little time. The new place in Uptown Waterloo is amazing and feels very welcoming. I had an massage with Leah. She is very friendly, and the massage was Great! Recommending to everyone I know!

I've tried four of the massage therapists here, and each one has been great. Music choices ranged from New Agey (my preference) to more contemporary. Love that they have a heating pad! Each RMT seemed to take the cues on whether or not I felt like chatting during treatment, too. Cool space with free parking nearby at the LCBO. The only slight issue is that they use essential oils and it can be heavily scented in the bathroom and main entry.

Great Marketing. Mrs Miller is a great business woman. "Money" is the first word comes out hey mouth and is at least used ten times during each visit. I bet many can relate to this. She is more concerned about winning a lottery than the well being of her clients. She brags about the very 2 courses she took in collage . Long story short if you have an hour appointment, she carefully spends 30 min talking before starting the treatment. Killing time. And she talks so much during the treatment about solely herself , that you can't truly enjoy the massage and eventually walk out with a headache.

The Coach House team has done a great job of creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The online booking system is a fantastic feature and the location can't be beat! And there is free parking just a two minute walk down the street, right by the LCBO. I can't wait for my next massage!

I have been seeing Krista for ~2 years and my experience has been fantastic. ART has been more effective for my nagging injuries than months of costly physio (which doesn't even come with the massage after!). I can attribute being able to toe the line at multiple ITU World Triathlon Championships to Krista's ability to get me back in the pool without pain. I highly recommend for anyone, whether you're a couch potato or pro.
