The clinic is adorable! Its easy to book online. I personally see Jude and she is the best massage therapist ever! I always look forward to seeing her whether it is post surgery or just for some relaxation and recovery after a long day of work! Cannot recommend them enough!

I had my first appointment with Meshi today. Overall, It was a wonderful experience, she makes sure that you are comfortable along the entire process. She gives feedback as the session progresses regarding her thoughts about the stress on your body. The online booking service is efficient and easy to use, as well as the option to add your credit card to make payment quite easy. The location is great, the windows allow for natural sunlight to enter and be well light and welcoming. I would definitely recommend path to wellness to anyone who would benefit from massage therapy.

I wasn’t happy with my session to be honest. Not to be harsh but I felt like the lady was trying to run out the clock by chatting, changing the music and “energy” techniques. The session was an hour, in reality she only spent 30 mins working my body. Unfortunately I didn’t get the relief I was looking for. All the best to Nicola but it’s not what I was looking for.

The place itself is not the most up to date building I've been in, but nice homey touches inside are relaxing. Bit loud as it's by a busy road and I wish it was a little dimmer inside overall. I had acupressure there so not the most relaxing treatment (by nature), but worth a try

After having been to many of the chain RMT businesses, I now only ever see Meshi. She is so welcoming and compassionate, and makes you feel welcome. The massage rooms are very homey and wholistic feeling, and not like a clinical room like other places. She does an excellent job at massages for relaxation and also for working out really tight muscles from sport/exercise. The online booking is easy and she also tries to be flexible with booking too to get you in. Highly recommend!
