First, I've been to Donna for massage over several years, and she's always excellent, knowledgable and professional. No matter how tense I am when I arrive, I always leave relaxed. Second, as a long-time (that is, aging) distance runner, I was concerned about pain and stiffness in my knees that developed over the past year. After imagining all kinds of causes, I went to see Naseem Amani. In minutes, she was able to determine that the root cause wasn't my knees at all. They improved immediately, and after several more weeks of following her physio regimen, the discomfort is gone. While I feel relieved and lucky that it turned out to be something so treatable, I'm also impressed with how quickly Nas was able to turn things around for me.

She's helped relieve pain that I've had for 11 years that specialists told me there was no way to fix. No words can express how well I feel after seeing Dr. Olja as my chiropractor. I have seen a few chiropractors in my past but no one even comes to close to her level of care. My main areas of concern are my neck and back which got a lot worse after having a baby. Olja's chiropractic approach isnt the typical chiropractic approach I am used to. Typically I would go in, get adjusted and that's it. However, Olja is much more than a chiropractor and includes aspects of physiotherapy and massage therapy. She doesn't just adjust me and calls me back in a couple weeks. She treats me and gives me exercises to work on when I go home. She truly teaches me to live a more healthy lifestyle. It reminds me of the saying "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." She genuinely cares about your well being and wants you to be healthy and active. On top of her care, the facility itself is very clean, inviting and professional. Very welcoming - I enjoy the atmosphere quite a lot! Always a pleasure to go there! Thank you Dr. Olja for playing a crucial role in getting back to my pre-baby lifestyle!

I went to Benchmark for physio. Nas is amazing! After years of experiencing chronic pain, I finally was able to get some relief from Nas's treatment and recommended home care. Unlike some physiotherapist's Nas will not pass you off to an assistant, she's with you for the entire duration of your appointment. Really friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Doctor: Dr Shannon is a great massagist. I went for back pain and was treated very well with applying good pressure points on back, shoulder, neck. She is very detailed in her treatment and is soft spoken and friendly. Also gives recommendations on exercises to follow. Clinic: Clean ambience, soothing music.

Dr. Olja Vazic at Benchmark Wellness is amazing! When I saw her for my headaches, neck pain and hip injury her exam was extremely thorough, more so than I've experienced before. I was very impressed at the effectiveness of her treatment and loved the extra homecare she prescribed to help me stay injury free. I was experiencing lower back pain/stiffness for months. After about 5-6 months, I started experiencing pain/discomfort down my right leg. Could not sit for more than 20minutes and sleeping peacefully became a problem as well. Finally decided to go see a doctor and he said it was just muscle stiffness. Gave me muscle relaxants and sent me on my way. Issues continued so I decided to go see Dr. Olja Vazic. First appointment she said that it's most likely a herniated disc and we started treatment right away. (I had an MRI soon after which confirmed a herniated disc)She did promise I will get better but also said that symptoms might get worse before I start feeling better. She did not lie! On my way home from one of my last appointments with Dr. Vazic, the pain in my leg became so unbearable that I wanted to cry and scream. Somehow I was able to fall asleep that night, but waking up the next morning with no pain, no discomfort, no issues of any kind was a blessing. Had a couple more appointments for good measure but I've been pain free because of Dr. Vazic even since. 10/10 Thank you for everything!

I was taken back by how she took her time to assess the issue and figure out the best course of action. I was warmly welcomed at this beautiful clinic by both the owner and Sapphira before being led to a very comfortable, quiet massage room.
