This service-based business had to shut it's doors for many months due to the pandemic, and I was happy to support them now that they are able to operate again. My massage therapist was double masked, and it is protocol that I also keep my mask on during treatment. Ashlynn is an angel! She is strong and able to apply pressure to release tension points while also helping induce deep relaxation. Definitely recommend!

I had good hopes about MTC, but unfortunately I was let down. I understand the 1 hour massage means ~50-55 minutes of hands-on work, but I was escorted into the room 6 minutes past my appointment time, meanwhile Daniel finished exactly on time. We had a brief consult as well so my massage was very short. Additionally, I told Daniel I'd like most of the attention during my session on my neck and shoulders, but my neck received zero focus. Chronic tension in these areas was the reason for my visit to MTC. I'm disappointed I left with no relief. Other than that, I enjoyed the complimentary sauna and the facility is comfortable.

This was my first time there, but disappointed. Although I arrived 10 mins before, By the time I got inside , it was already 5-6 mins past my appointment start time. And then the therapist took another atleast 10 or more mins (right in front of me) to change the sheets and set up the bed with the right props. So the actual massage had definitely not started atleast 15-20 mins in advance but the therapist ended right on time. So 40 mins of hand work for a 1 hour massage is too less. And this really did not help me to get any relief in general, as there was no time to work on legs that I had asked for.

Expert staff, relaxing rooms, adequate amenities. A bit spendy but have always had an excellent experience so worth it. I go for trigger point release, sciatica /bursitis ussues, and tense neck and shoulder. I sit in front of a computer all week and for too long so these sessions help with body aches and pains.

Susan was my masseuse. She was amazing. I hurt my calf running that morning and they fit me in for an afternoon appointment. Susan was quite knowledgeable and really, really got into the muscle and worked the knot out. I could barely walk when I went in and felt (almost) repaired when I walked out. Great massage overall, especially for he price! I will absolutely be back.

Had a super bizarre scheduling mishap. I was scheduled for a much-needed deep tissue because of neck pain. I get a voicemail from them in the middle of a final exam, two or three hours before the massage was supposed to start, saying that actually my therapist was not free at the scheduled time and they were canceling my appointment. They offered a time with a different therapist an hour later while I was still in my exam. I called when I got out of the exam and they said my therapist didn't have another appointment for two weeks. No apology or anything. Neck was killing me and I was going to be a first-time client! Super weird.

I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the front desk people were very friendly--one of them was very helpful with all my questions about deep tissue massages. My appointment was with Amy, who appeared normal, friendly, and professional at first. It wasn't until about fifteen minutes into the massage that she started talking to me about the Bible. First, she told me a story about Noah and why homosexuality is a sin, and that she thinks the US is going to be destroyed because gay marriage is legal now. I'm a very nonconfrontational person, and given that I'm half naked with her digging her fingers into my spine I didn't feel comfortable arguing with her. I don't know, I'm not great at handling weird situations. I tried to redirect her to talking about pressure points, problem areas, etc. She kept returning to Christianity. At one point she said the government is trying to put chips in our heads with the antichrist in them. I can't help but laugh typing this out. I mentioned my dad is Hindu and she told me I need to accept Jesus Christ into my heart, that he is the "one true god". Later on, we were talking about stretching exercises, and I asked about yoga. She strongly suggested I against yoga, saying it's a way of worshipping Indian gods, and that strange things happen when you do it. Amy even told me there have been multiple complaints about her in the past. How is this woman still working here? Her comments made me feel like I was being worked on by a crazy woman, and that if I said something against her religion she might actually hurt me. I complained to the receptionist when I came out and she was pretty surprised and apologized. Offered to get the operations manager for me, but I just wanted to get out of there. So here I am, sitting at the Starbucks across the street from them writing this. I don't know if their other massage therapists are crazy, maybe the rest of them are great, but it definitely says something that they've already talked to Amy about this behavior multiple times and she's still working there.
