Lara, 20190426: Felt great during and afterwards. You addressed the problem areas (mid + lower back), and made positive suggestions to improve flexibility/posture 20190505: Back for my second visit for obvious reasons! My mid-back area had definitely improved since the last visit. I have been using a Concept2 rower, and this activity seemed to aggravate the healing. Well, the discomfort is virtually gone with this activity. Thank you! Also, Lara has been helping my poor flexibility in the hip region, and upper back. I'm convinced theses sessions plus some effort on my part to start stretching should make a difference. I have to complement my workout routine with a flexibililty focus, Lara suggests. Now I just have to do it! I highly recommend Lara @ Regent Massage.
