I have been using Heather Rahel as my massage therapist for many years. I have had back/shoulder tension as well as a stiff neck due to working at a computer at work all day. She checks at each appointment as to how you are feeling and what has changed. Following a massage, she may suggest further exercises (neck) or using heat to assist in feeling better. I would definitely say that Heather is the best massage therapist I've had over the many years.
