Ryan is one of the best physio therapist who has treated me. Prior to seeing Ryan I was misdiagnosed by past physiotherapist and the first day I went to see Ryan (referral from my massage therapist) Ryan knew right away that I had frozen shoulder. He has been treating me for a few months and my movement has improved drastically and the pain is completely gone. The girls at the front desk are very warm and friendly, they great me with a smile everytime I come in to his office they keep the office very clean and safe. I feel very comfortable and safe coming to his office and recommend anyone and everyone to go see Ryan. Thank you Ryan and staff for all your help, you guys are amazing!

After a horrible fall down two flights of stairs and shattering my leg, tibia plateau compound fracture, I researched and then selected South Simcoe Physiotherapy. In the Fall of 2019, I began my journey back and with the guidance, professionalism, and concentrated effort of Physiotherapist Sheveta Kang, I have life my back. I walk approximately 6 km per day, drive, handle the stairs… all of the everyday things I did before July 7, 2019. South Simcoe Physiotherapy is the complete package. Ryan at South Simcoe Physiotherapy is amazing. I had a back injury in April of this year and he saw me with no problem even with Covid-19 going on. He saw me on emergency basis and thank god he did. I was in so much pain because of my lower back disc issues. After only a couple of visits I was able to walk with less pain and since then my back is so much better. Alexandra Di Florio came up with a plan to make sure I was pacing myself to build up for the run, and with various methods of therapy and treatment, she took care of the aches and pains I experienced during my training. Five years ago I had a motorcycle accident which required physiotherapy for my left shoulder. After making several inquiries, and receiving recommendations from other professionals, I felt most comfortable with my response from Ryan Shea of South Simcoe Physiotherapy. After 6 months of treatment I was able to return to normal activity. In November of 2020, I fell from a ladder and tore two major tendons in the same left shoulder. Within a week, I was able to begin treatment. During both experiences, I have been impressed with the way the clinic is run. The first time was before Covid; this time, during. The adaptations have put me completely at ease for my safety. The receptionists are cordial and respectful. The treatment rooms are immaculate, and well stocked. I have never experienced a breakdown of equipment. Mr. Shea was open to my questions, and quite helpful with his responses. Any specifics were carefully explained and I always felt understood. Fast forward to this year,(2020) my husband had similar issues in his right arm he neglected for (2yrs) He too now is healed & happy. Thank you once again. But I'm back to see Ryan for new problem, torn lateral and medial meniscus, so for only a few treatments in its feeling good, lol but had to put knee on hold and concentrate on my lower pinch nerve in back. I needed hip surgery and he assisted and advised me with exercises through the pre surgery and I am sure, as a result of his treatments before surgery, I have had a much better and faster recovery. Now I am two months post surgery, but still find his advice and support so important. I will probably continue with Ryan until a year post surgery has been reached. He is honest, direct and is always gives advice regarding stretching and strengthing my range of motion and weight bearing .....which I appreciate and follow! So grateful I gave this clinic a chance before having surgery. I was not able to look over my left shoulder for 8 years. Also limited mobility with my left arm. I was not able to lift it over my head with out an incredible amount of pain. After working with Ryan for a few months my mobility is back. Using different exercises that he gave me and a rubber band I was able to build the muscles back up in these areas that had atrophied from lack of use. End result was surgery canceled.

I have arthritis and a knee that suddenly developed a Baker's Cyst causing limited mobility. With Ryan's recommendation of exercises, physio treatment, and acupuncture, the cyst has dissolved.
