I've been to several massage therapists, and Paul is the best. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. He has excellent "massage - table-side manner." He cares about your health, and he is thorough and precise when he works on you--it makes a big difference. I highly recommend Paul!

He is very good at deep tissue work. I have done a lot of martial arts in my younger years, he help undo some of the accumulated issues. His past as an engineer really gives him an understanding of the connectedness of the body which allows him more of an ability than most to track down where the real problem is, and getting the body to relax back into where it is supposed to be. I recommend him very highly.
