I had suffered from chronic headaches for over 4 years due to neck pain and poor posture while sitting at my computer desk at work. I visited various chiropractors and tried other forms of treatment but was unable to see substantial, long-term results until being treated by Dr. Lahn. Along with regular visits he taught me numerous exercises to do at home which helped strengthen my neck and shoulder muscles. His treatment not only relieved the pain short term but also prevented it from returning.

The acupuncture was too aggressive. It left me feeling like I was hit in the ribs with a baseball bat and it hurt to breath for days. And it took almost 2 weeks for a popping sensation in my ribs to go away everytime I moved. I've had acupuncture a few other times, but never had a reaction like that before. It may have been because of the electric pulses added to the acupuncture needles. I won't ever do acupuncture again though after that scare.

I have had trouble with my tail bone for many years, l was taking pain medication, acupuncture, even went to a pain clinic and nothing helped. I made an appointment with Dr. Nina and went to her every three weeks for adjustments and acupuncture for over 5 years. This is the first time l had actually started to notice a difference. I had been taking T3's like it was candy, now l am lucky if l take 2 a month if even that. Nina is awesome, she really cares about you. When she does the acupuncture if one of the needles really grab Nina knows and tells me to breathe and makes sure the pain goes away or she moves the needle, l think only once she had to move a needle. She is always checking to make sure l am ok. I really like Dr. Nina and she has made such a big difference in my life. When this first started besides going to work the only other thing l did was lay on my side on my bed for over a year. Dr. Nina really cared and wanted to make my quality of life much better and she has. Thanks Dr. Nina.

I have never been comfortable getting my neck adjusted. The thought of it just freaks me out. I have received chiropractic care in the past and despite having many issues with my neck, have never allowed the chiropractor to adjust me. Dr. Lahn was able to quickly put me at ease and able to adjust my neck. He is very caring about his patients and takes the time to really get to know them so that he can treat them accordingly. It is evident that he is very passionate about his job and also very good at it. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
